Nigga starts with like 3 SPD and has a 40% growth with no promotional gain so he's kinda fuuuuuucked.

Thats why they are averages... Bartre having shit SPD is a more accurate prediction than Bartre having good SPD.

There's also Lucius, Erk, Rebecca, Rath, even. And there's plenty other units. Enemies have shit avo anyway, so any lv 5 unit can regularly get a hit in, generally, especially with WTA, even with shit weapons like javelins and hand axes.
