Soren didn't cap Spd because I didn't RNG abuse, since I expected him to cap Spd and Mag all by himself -Gyppy
	So, yeah. My vulneraries are turning into hatchets. Leonardo is ultimate h4wt.

The screwed up RNGs this game can have actually turned out nice. But maybe if you chose random instead of fixed Mist would get higher Mag than she does Str. I don't think any of those bands increase Mag(the Mage band only gives a bonus to Spd & Skl IIRC).
