She doesn't get supports at all, even if she's played. Ilyana (Light) - Plenty of other, earlier and better options. Granted, she wants the Earth Support, but not enough to go the entire game without supports. She's also really bad. Janaff (Thunder) - Sucks so many balls, it's ridiculous. There's also a very slim chance you're using him AND Lucia on the same team, since they're both the exact same unit except Janaff can move far, might not always be transformed, doesn't have as much Crit, and probably won't be doing as much damage. Bastian (Wind) - Worst unit in the game? It's arguable. He definitely sucks. You wouldn't use him and Lucia on the same team unless you were purposely handicapping yourself. Aside from that, she has perhaps the worst Strength in the game for a physical attacker (I'm excluding Mist) and can't get any bonus attack from supports. She'll double almost everything (maybe everything but I don't care enough to check) but will never do enough damage to one round. She's locked to 1 range unless she's using the Sonic Sword (which, granted, she'll probably get unless Mist is in play - Which is likely) and she has normal movement speed (which is actually a downside in FE9 since all the best units are mounted) Her plus sides include joining at a high level (meaning you don't have to throw exp on her) and she has a sexy affinity. The affinity is canceled out by horrible partners, her high level is canceled by joining so late and she has nothing to compensate for all her other flaws. Lucia sux nuts

Guy is a fucking bomb ass unit. Joshua is a watered down version of guy but still pretty good. Stefan and Zihark are decent/good. Lucia just sucks balls. Her stats aren't welcome in any team that far in the game, IMO.

I'm actually on the chapter just after you get her, meaning she hasn't seen any combat yet. But I have also been using Janaff and I'm gonna drop a huge "lol" at his usefulness. I gave him Smite just so he has SOME use.
