Posts: 667 Group: FEFFer Member #1,400 Joined: July 24, 2007	It improves Farina as much as anyone who gets to grow that much levels at that point. A better point would be that Farina's caps are generally too low and that a lot of the growth boost will be wasted due to capramming.

SKILLNADEN �R DRINKABILITY Posts: 2,781 Group: Veteran Member #16 Joined: June 8, 2005	They increase they growth rate of all your stats by five(ten?) percent, which is why they work best on units with high caps and lots of leveling to do. As such, many people give them to Nino, the Lords, Dart, Heath, or Rath. The rarely mentioned effect is that the character who gets it will also be displayed in the end game data, and for that reason alone I prefer the Lords.

And yet, it seems to persist, probably because most people give it to Nino who does gain a ridiculous amount of experience it a short time, regardless of whether she gets the drops or not.

Crit McGee on Speed Posts: 2,836 Group: Veteran Member #436 Joined: October 1, 2005	wow this topic still exists? o_o Anyhow, generally speaking, I would give it to a magic user that has plenty of levels to go. Using it on a unit like Oswin or Hector who will end up killing things by the time they cap stats is a waste. I would just give it to a unit with well rounded stats so they end up with good growths like Shinion without the prelevel or possibly crap starting stats. Or a pre-promo that is half decent would benefit as well. What would happen I wonder if i didn't use wallace on Lyn hard mode, then gave them to him as a level 12 knight...
