Yeah, I can agree with that. Azel's HP is mammoth for a Mage, for example. In fact, comparing anyone's bases to someone else's in any game you'll find FE4 likes to work with power on both sides. |

And because of that, FE8 is easier than FE7.

I think FE6 gets my vote for "Fire Emblem in which your characters have the most chance of being one-shotted by regular enemies." I've had several characters come in with 14 base hp or so, and appalling defenses. One lucky axe hit and they are down for the long sleep. Several of your characters are truly fragile, not just at the "I have to baby you because you are underleveled" stage. |

Perhaps you should play more than 3 chapters then. Earlygame of FE6 is the hardest, mostly so in Hard Mode. After that it becomes only easier. FE5 comes to some point where there's basically no easy chapters anymore. |

Some games are the hardest at the beginning. Though im my experience, the difficulty for a FE games was based on the chapter itself. Like some chapters would be hard then the very next chapter would be cake walk. |

The general trend I've seen in FE games is that difficulty declines as you continue through the game. Not only does the player get better, but more importantly, your characters' growths are much better than the computer's characters' growths, so the gap in quality increases dramatically. Of course, there are exceptions -- FE8's characters have more disproportionate bases [ie, the enemies' bases are a little worse than other FE's, and your own characters have better bases], making the earlygame easier because it's ridiculously easy, and most hard modes of FE games throw in a sort of 'trap' chapter where the difficulty is crawl-under-the-desk-and-cry level -- but that's why it's a general trend. |

Well, this one is easy, except for a few times where the enemies have magically criticalled and killed a few of my units. |

Most of the Sacred Stone units will get extremely high amount of luck by the mid~late game. That will not happen often |

Time is money and money is power. So, of course my ultimate goal is to have power over time

This game is MUCH easier than FE7. Only one chapter in FE8 is kinda ...irritating. Not hard, but irritating. I just wish the enemy monsters were a bit more difficult :/ |

I guess it just means that annoyances are more abundant than difficulties, I guess. It still urks me that the fat Gheb guy could critical Joshua. |

Joshua is an excellent units however his luck isn't as good as chracters like Guy from Blazing Sword Try to get him supported with units like Natasha, L'Archael or Gerik Reduce some criticals

So he's almost like Stefan in a way? Funny thing, he's been criticalled three times. He's the only one to be criticalled os far. Funny, seeing as he does the most criticalling himself. |
