Post count level ups will only take effect at 100 post increments.  A member starting with 36 Exp on his unit will not level up after 64 posts.

In order to avoid confusion, a few things must be kept track of in a Guild's Information Topic.  A members "Initial Post Count" must be recorded there.  This is the Post Count of that the member has at the very beginning with this rule in effect.  For example, if this Rule was to go into effect now, my Initial Post Count would be recorded at 12,768, and Hollie at 5,725, and so on.  This is for Judges to make sure level ups are being given out properly.

Guild Leaders will have to keep track of the actual number of Level Ups gained from Posts.

Here is an example of how this will work:
Member X has 24 posts at the beginning of this rule, and is level 1.  In the Guild's Info Topic, Member X's Initial Post Count is recorded at 24.  He hasn't had any level ups via Post Count yet, so he has gained 0 Post Count Level Ups.

Member X will earn a level up at 124 posts, 224 posts, 324 posts, and so on.  Member X will notify his Guild Leader at each of these respective post counts.  A judge will calculate a level up for the unit.  Please note that this holds true for an unpromoted unit only; promoted units need 200 posts for a level up.

The Guild Leader needs to note how many post count level ups each unit receives in the respective guild topic.  Organization is key here; judges do not want to re-roll level ups.

Please ask a Judge if any of this is too confusing.
