 This club is dedicated to the incredible, shitbreaking, breathtaking, physics-defying, hotblooded, courageous, overly designed, genre of mecha known as Super Robot. Rules: 1. You must be a fan of Super Robots and Super Robot anime. You must have watched at least ONE Super Robot show. 2. You can post in here if you are interested in Super Robots, but if you have not actually seen any series, you won't be able to actually join. 3. All other forum and groups/clubs rules apply. There haven’t been many good Super Robot shows recently, but there were a lot in the past. If you’re not sure if you want to join or not because you're not sure if Super Robots are right for you, or if you don’t know what defines a Super Robot show; or if you want some advice because you want to sample the Super Robot genre, feel free to post and this club will try to help. Yes. Mazinger Z was pretty much the first true Super Robot, and it set the standard for most the rest. Btw, Mazinkaiser is fucking amazing in SRWA3. Yes. Yes. |

Hmm, PZ is correct. GaoGaiGar is one of the best Super Robot shows out there. It contains massive amounts of senseless hotblooded yelling which is good for the soul. It makes you feel all manly inside. Also, I personally think Getter Robo was one of the best Super Robot series ever created. Also, Ryoma is my favorite character of all time.  So what are everyone’s top 5 favorite Super Robots? Mine are: In no order: Shin Getter (or pretty much all forms of Getter) Mazinkaizer Genesic GaoGaiGar Daizengar Granzon The last two coming from Super Robot Wars/Taisen.  P.S.: I like way too many Super Robots to narrow it down to just 5.  There are a lot more I wish I could include, so don’t hate me if I left one of yours out.
