There’s the Anti-vitamins now. They’re berries that remove EV’s in one stat by 10. Also, D/P makes things even easier with the Pokeradar and chaining. The IV/Nature Breeding is why I cant be bothered to make a competitive team, outside of Shoddy, not the EV training.

Welch ****ing pwns. Posts: 905 Group: FEFFer Member #969 Joined: October 29, 2006	Vitamins are always a good way to start EV training, but if you use 10 in each catergory, you cannot obtain anymore EV points as you cannot go abouve 500 total in EV, I believe.

And you NEVER raise the stat the Nature lowers, because you take a beneficial nature which doesn’t lower a stat you need. L2EV, plz.

Everyone knows they love it they are just too embarassed to say they still play pokemon when they are over the age of 10. Im going to get platinum soon so I will post my friend code. I have pearl but it doesnt work anymore.
