I agree that Gurren Lagann is a fantastic anime that makes hair grow in your chest, but you're encouraged to review other anime that may not be quiet as popular like Lain... Who the hell has heard of Lain much less had the sanity to watch all of it? I've heard of and watched Lain and I though it was okay. I particularly liked the episode that had the hacked children's game that caused people to commit suicide. Lain isn't as good as Haibane Renmei but both try to make you think and question the reality shown in the anime which I found more interesting than the usual switch-off-and-watch stuff. ... I'm not going to write a review about it though.
