Unless everything else is capped, you will always gain something on a normal level up. "No, that's stupid, because I definitely remember ____ not gaining anything." - most everyone I've mentioned this to. Because I sure as hell haven't and with this video I am not inclined to believe otherwise. I like this system as far as growth is concerned. |
