So, my friend got it (just like how he gets every other game before me) and wow! Visually, I must say it's more appealing than SFIV, IMHO. It looks great. I think the super specials could be a bit...bigger but they're still pretty. The game has I think 20 characters which is alright since it seems like games are offering less variety nowadays. Compared to SFIV though, I feel like I have more variety in this game because I like using more characters in this game than I do in SFIV. I'm not too clear on the history of the story behind the king of fighters games (or fatal fury for that matter) but I'm a little turned off by King not being there (or Rock, <3). I can see myself playing this game for hours on end once I get my own (or when the price drops...lots of other...expenses this month). there should've been 40 characters like in XI but hey, they prettied the game up so its all good. oh and I should've mentioned that the reason why I compared it to Street Fighter IV is because I'm playing it right now and it seems pretty balanced compared to Marvel vs Capcom 2 and it's another big name and revamped 2-d fighting game available for the same system. Not trying to knock SFIV or anything like that. anybody else have an opinion on the game? Playing it?

I've played KoF11 with Feez, and he never mentioned anything about a new one. Kinda disappointing it has less characters, though. yeah, feel that same about that too, but atleast some king of fighters vets stayed, like benimaru, athena, and iori. (athena looks way cutesy now, btw)

You know they are doing to try and milk people by paying for putting new characters in the game. Why do you think they kept Mai out? So you could pay for her big jumping boobs. Yah well most games are doing it nowadays. I mean I am not suprised Blazblue announced new characters for the Euro version, which will probably cost the US maybe 5-7 bucks for the DLC. Or maybe it'll be like guilty gear and they will just release it with an X in front of it.

Either way, I really want it for the arcade play since I KNOW I'll get my ass wooped. I still do on SFIV and I'm only somewhat decent/bad on SC4 (maybe 48%wins)

It was a good laugh but, isn't this the game where EVERY character has infinites that are easy to pull off, and has a broken online system currently, in terms of lag? I played as Terry and Kyo and some other guy who's name eludes me right now. Twas fun.
