So, either change your outline to a pure black or change the dark grey used to Garcia's hair colour and use an FE8 outline (which you should use most of the time anyways). Overall the mug looks good though. I could give you more tips and such if you wanted. The sprite looks blotchy, although I've never been a fan of the Soldier sprite. Again, I could go into more detail, but for this being one of your first works, simple advice works best for now.
