Do Wii games have downloadable add-ons like how Xbox Live has 'em for games like Left 4 Dead and Soul Calibur 4? I was just curious if there is downloadable content...and if there IS then which ones are worth it. Like, does Smash have any? Super Mario Galaxy? 'Cause sometimes they aren't really worth it for games like Halo3...like those 3 new maps...only played on 'em twice out of like maybe 60 or so match ups and then I find out ODST includes a halo3 multiplayer disk with all of the maps T___T |

lol you bought DLC you already had. way2go noob On the other hand, I believe the Wii does have the capability but its use (in North America at least) is very, very scarce. Rock Band 2 on the Wii has the full library of downloadable songs that the 360 and PS3 do, so yeah. However, many complaints have been made by the developers that Nintendo is difficult to work with in getting content hosted. In fact, that's been said to have been one of the reasons that it took a year to get library parity with the other two consoles that Rock Band 2 is available on. In light of this, it's possible that most game developers simply don't bother with it. |
