Goodwin managed to preserve these people all those years? In a way Gabriel was pleased, pleased that he now knew these lives blood at least, were not on his hands. Despite this he was worried that those who know him would question his loyalties, now and at the time of the purge. Seeing Jones sitting alone, Gabriel felt it appropriate to speak to him. As he approached Jones seemed to flinch at the sight of him. He obviously recognised Gabriel as his one time superior. Taking the seat next to him, Gabriel put his hand on Jones shoulder. “Hello Jones” “Hello Sir” “So you remember me then? I’m glad that you are safe” “Are you sir? Are you really?” “Of course I am. It feels good to know that someone I knew survived the purge.” “Thank you Sir” “Jones call me Gabriel, I am no longer your superior” “Thank you Gabriel. You can call me Bradley” “Bradley I need to ask for your help. I’m aware that you didn’t work at this station, however I feel like you’re the only person I can trust. You see that man? His name is Goodwin Stanhope, and I believe that by doing this he went behind his leaders back. That leader also asked me to carry out a mission for him. Can I rely on your assistance?” “Of course you can. Just tell me what I need to do.” “I will not tell you what to do, I will ask you. Like I said, you do not take orders from me anymore.” “Okay. What would you like me to do Gabriel?” “I need help going back in time. Do you remember the rumours spreading about this place?” “The scientists stationed here were trying to send Bunnies back in time?” “That’s right those rumours. Well it turns out that it is possible to send a human in time also.” “How can you be sure about that?” “Well Bradley I myself have done it. Just a few weeks ago in fact, that is how I know it is possible.” “Well then Gabriel lets get to it” “Excellent. Thank you Bradley”
