Nathan Rom
Day 39- Entry 1
"Don't Be Sorry"

Nathan couldn't be happier to leave the island, but at the same time he wondered if his brother was alive. He wanted to hear the story again, but this time in more detail.
"Ana can I speak to you alone?"
"Umm yeah sure." The two went to where Shannon and Nathan had previously talked.

"So my brother found out we were leaving the island and he was going to kill everyone on this boat?"
"Yes. He was going to kill my daughter, but Horace saved her by throwing him overboard." Nathan stared at the cold ocean. A little bit of water splashed on his face and he felt the cold water instantly. Ana grabbed his hand firmly.
"I'm sorry Nathan. He was going to kill us all."
"Don't be sorry. He deserved it." Nathan walked away from Ana. He knew she was staring at him, but he was so angry he didn't care. He never would have thought that his brother would stoop that low.

He went inside the ship and proceeded on to the bathroom. He closed the door . He began to wash his face and hopefully the anger away. He heard a knock at the door.
"Nathan? Are you okay?" It was Kate. He opened the door for her. She went inside and saw his soaked face. She then hugged him.
"It's not your fault! Your brother obviously would rather die then leave this island."
"Why though? Why would he choose the island over me? Over us?!"
"I guess he was extremely loyal to this place. Too loyal."

"You guys gotta see this!! Hurry!" Donald had interrupted their conversation and quickly went back upstairs. They could hear everyone cheering and clapping.
"Let's go see what all the fuss is about." The two held hands as they climbed the stairs to the top. The two were completely speechless. There were two large boats side by side. One was called "The Kahana" and the other they couldn't exactly make out its name.
"We're rescued! The other ship is a military ship! The army has come to look for us!" After closer observation there was no noise coming from any of the ships. They seemed like Ghost Ships.
"I don't think anybody is on board any of these ships."
"Let's find out for ourselves." Jason smiled and ordered Horace to get the boat as close as they could to the Kahana's ladder.
"Fine with me." Nathan nodded his head.
