As the debut of the first chapter of the Nova City Stories saga looms in the near future (and because we didn't have a section until now), I thought this would be a good time to start an official thread for discussion about this project. At last update, I believe Lyle is only a few pages from completion on the pencils and I'm currently hard at work on part 3 of the story arc. (Let me know when you're ready to take a look at the script for issue #2, Lyle!) |

Pete: There's a lot more where this came from. I've got at least 2 more 10-pagers for Love Song. After that? I've got some plans for a story highlighting the history and adventures of both generations of Nighthound that I'd love to bring to life sometime, Lyle permitting, and there's a very rough concept for a Sumerian story swimming around in there somewhere, too. |

Okay, well, I wrapped up the pencils on NCS this weekend while on vacation, and I'm already into pencilling the other projects I've got going, so we're off! Peter will hve the pencils in the next week or so, and I've told him that we're looking to have it printed by Baltimore, so I expect we should be seeing inks shortly after I send them. Then its colors, possibly, and then we'll get it lettered and out for Baltimore. |

Assuming Mike was serious when he said it, we've got him on as colorist. (Which reminds me, Mike, I've got some specific ideas for the cover colors if you don't mind me butting into your job a little bit. Hit me up when you get the pages and I'll run it past you) As for a logo, I know there were some ideas bounced around back at the start, but I don't believe anything was ever officially made. |
