Posts: 233 Group: Members Member #158 Joined: July 30, 2008	Its been a crazy past month or so, I really don't wish to rehash all thats been going on but suffice to say, not all has been great. I was on a up slide, some money from my comic work was coming in, I was expanding my network, and having money come in from new sources as well... things where looking up! I took a shot, left my day job.....and fell on my face, got wayyyy broke, got really fustrated with certain projects I'm working on/ have worked on, lost my mind, and other things as well!!! Went back to day job full time (and it reallllly sucks because its crazy busy during summer) Hate it.....HATE! (this is sooo not me, I can coast threw anything most of the time, but I really hate my job for many reasons.) But who cares, its short term, as soon as I can I'm gone...don't know when right now, but I'll take the risk again when things pick up again. We'll see. The end result of all this is I'm more into making a career in comics something that works, I don't wish to waste anymore time being a part of books that are not going anywhere, I am going to focus on what works and what is moving forward. Other then that I plan to do more as a solo creator, its the only way to go! so enough rants, whats up with you!?! What it added up to is me not getting much work done,... and thats not good! Whats good is that

I have found that most people in comics have a day job..go figure right? I won't say I hate any of my jobs, right now I'm glad to have them at least the bills are being paid. So like Kenny said what are you going to focus on?

NCS also goes without saying, Terra 2920 from Pulp Dreams as well, Clayton's war book, Blood Rites and Doll as far as inking...writing and penciling is something else altogether! (whole nother list!) and thanks guys...well crack this bag!

One of the things is makin' a presents on Deviant Art ( http://deviantart.com/peterpalmiotti/ ) I'm getting the word out about our studio here as well as Lyle's book Tribulations, so I got links going on and hoping the troups here will follow suit in helpig make Highburn a place to be! What we need here is an updated store, which should include more the just comics! as well as a weekly news feed (should also include all members of the studio!) So what do you think!?!
