To distribute the Nest Adoption benefits among those that have contributed, a drawing system was developed based upon the amount each person donated. Each person that contributes is given a number and we keep track of the total amount donated by each person. Once the Nest Adoption Challenge ends, we place one ticket with the donor's number into the drawing for each $25 an individual donated, up to $100. Anybody that contributes anything gets at least one ticket. From $100 to $500, an additional ticket is added for each $50. From $500 to $1000, an additional ticket is added for each $100 contribution. And above $1000, an additional ticket is added for each $1000. When your number is drawn we will contact you to see which of the available benefits you choose. 2009 Prizes to include: i. an adoption certificate and photo of the chick(s) from the nest of your choice OR ii. a 4-5 hour tour for 3 people of Catalina Island and the IWS facilities OR iii. a copy of the "Eagles of Catalina" DVD OR iv. one selection from a list of eagle items which includes pieces of art, collectible plates, figurines and more!! OR v. a tour to visit Pimu on Catalina Island AND A BONUS:  Everyone who has contributed at least $25 will also receive an adoption certificate and photo of the chick(s) from the nest of their choice next season. |

 So Dr. Sharpe will be distributing thru the drawings of '09 NAC participants: 20 IWS tours on Catalina 20 Pimu tours on Catalina 20 DVD's 20 Nest Adoption Certificates (nest of your choice in 2010-distributed after banding) 20 Eagle items Remember: keep an eye on your emails
