Now that I'm on vacation, I finally have time to update the maps for A-46 and A-49. A-46's data have stopped again for the winter (too little sun in northern Washington to recharge the GPS battery). A-49 is still on the islands and made a short trip back to Santa Cruz on Dec. 16-20. A-60 from last year's grassland nest is still alive and moving around on Santa Rosa Island. We'll start having regular Santa Cruz updates again in late January/early February when we get a full crew back on the islands to survey for eagles. A-46 Map A-49 Map Have a Happy New Year. |
