Ending of Episode III; What happens at the end?

After watching Episode II on Youtube, I asked myself what will happen in the end of Episode III. Will he stear towards the Dark path? Or lead the Republic to victory? Will he redeem Bastila or kill her? And what happens on Lehon?

So it all comes to the decision if he will use the Star Forge to the Republics' favour or his own. ENJOY! :D

Im torn, I want him to save Bastila and save the Republic for a happy ending but e a SW Ep3 ending would set up Ep4 ( if he does K2).

Well I'd like if Logan tried to save Bastila but fail.

the movie would be an epic fail if that happened

Sorry, but 80% of film protagonists usually die at the ending in action adventure films. Yet, I seem to enjoy those films. Same statistics goes for horror films too. (A genera which you seem to enjoy a lot.)

However, I'm not saying that Logan should die. Some of his companions should however. My suggestions would be Zaalbar, Mission Vao, Juhani, (provided that she's even at the Star Forge.) and Jolee.

The ending needs to be depressing and sad. A perfect conclusion to KotOR I's trilogy and a good intro to KotOR II's trilogy (Should you ever make one.)

Depressing and sad is the completely wrong way to end. It should be up-beat, triumphant and happy.

1st. yeah i do like horror movies just not ones with endings that are like that, i like ones that have endings that dont make u feel as if u wasted 2 hrs of ur life (like Hostel, or From dusk til dawn and wrong turn)

2nd. I can agree with killing Juhani for sure, and maybe even mission, but not jolee hes too funny to kill

3rd. why does it need to be depressing, that type of ending is far from perfect, Kaydon already established that he likely wont make a K2 trilogy so it would be best for it to end on a more satisfyingly up beat way

I guess depressing is the wrong word to use. What I meant is an ending that's similar to Kingdom of Heaven and Return of the King. No corny celebration scene please. And if I remember correctly, Kaydon told me and other forum members on skype that he might do a K2 trilogy. Regardless of TOR's existences.

I think that it would be nice with touch of a sad and happy ending. For example if a companion dies in the Star Forge by the hands of the Sith but the Republic win the war and defeat Malak and his armada. I prefer those sort of endings. Like on the first Lord of the Rings where Boromir dies but it has a touch od happiness in way.

Dunno why I included a totally different film into this. O_o"

I think that Jolee should die. No way Mission should. Zaalbar dying idk about. Depends how its done. The celebration should be included but after that scene have one with Logan telling Bastila about visions he has been having and how he must go into the unknown regions. Have him tell Carth too watch over the republic and Canderous to build back up the mandalorians and show him taking off in the Ebon Hawk with the droids. The rest of the cast looks up at the ship taking off and bam the end of the film. Quite emotionally fitting i would say.

Star Wars is all about redemption so I would STRAY Logan a little darker, but then redeem him at the end. Basically, Kevin would have to write much of his own dialogue. The in game light-side or dark-side remarks are too black and white to show that kind of character progression.

Plus, a dark-side SHIFT just wouldn't feel right based on the first 2 episodes.

I want a twist ending, no matter if it's light or dark. I think that the ending of Episode III should be happy, but not Phantom Menace happy. Kind of a mixed ending, I guess, but nothing too dark. KOTOR II is already dark, so I think that doing a totally dark ending would miss the point of this trilogy. I'm rooting for Logan to go lightside in the end.

I'm currently working on my KOTOR trilogy, and I'm telling you guys right away, it won't have any corny celebrations or fanfare at the end. But I'm not saying any more than that :)
