 That is, if you obtained the Elite status in Club Nintendo by June of this year.

Those who did happen to either scrounge up all of those loose "Register your game NOW!" fliers, or go on a binge buying spree would have had a choice of two one-time-only prizes:

Doc Louis's Punch-Out!
or
an authentic licensed Nintendo product Mario hat.

I personally chose the game, myself.
But if they had a Luigi hat, I would have been all over that.

Did any of you guys partake in this point-gathering frenzy?
If so, what did you choose? D:

I can't wait to go download Punch-Out, but I probably won't have time to play it until next week. >.>

 I downloaded Doc louis last night and had a blast ^_^. Though it was my first Punch-Out!! game, so when it got to the third mode(the actual fight) I got my arse handed to me by the greatest WVBA(or w/e the organization is called) contender evar ;_;.

the only times i go to nintendo.com is when i have online errors on the wii and the last time was too long ago. xD

 i never go to the Nintendo website but i did once and made an account and put in all my game and Dsi codes i only got to gold
