They aired it on T.V. here? Was it on digital T.V.?

BBC1, and I believe WDR also aired it, or some other German channel.
but there where like 5 commercial breaks during the first part
Is that normal.
On a 100 min soccer match we have 1 commercial break

Yeah, that's typically american; they have shitloads of commercial breaks. Really annoying!

But I didn't realize the super bowl was that big.

The Super Bowl is used alot for commercial advertising... with a 30-second spot costing upwards of $2 million.

Kinda sad that Peyton Manning stormed off field without shaking any of the Saints' players hands.

Meh, that kind of twat behavior is all over pro sports. I'm still steaming over a similar stunt that Sidney Crosby of the Pittsburgh Penguins pulled some years back after they visited the Buffalo Sabres...

(Note: NOT a big fan of Crosby...)

Pshh. He's an OK hockey player, but one thing Crosby fails to display is good sportsmanship.
A lot of athletes do, it's life.
