If you have a failed attemp at a log in (ie. get the wrong password) it then gives you the option, alongside where you would type in your password, to "reset password"

The correct e-mail addy must be set up on the account. If it's wrong either Karlo or myself can change it (send us a PM with the address), then he can have another go at resetting the password.
