Currently has 14 tooth front sprocket and 45 tooth back. Have seen cheap C&S kit but 15 tooth front and 47 tooth back. Anyobe able to tell me how this would affect the bike?

Not received them yet. Hopefully this weekend as will do when I have wheel off to get tyre fitted. Off to London on BS for few days at start of April so want it all done before that.
