Today I have had

Breakfast- Mamite on toast

Lunch- Poached Egg on toast with beans

Dinner- Pork Chops,Mash,Carrot's and gravy

Snacks- Salt and Vinegar crisps, Can of Fanta and Mars bar

Wednesday, being a national holiday, was a bit odd overall.


B: Shredded Wheat with skimmed milk

L: None, woke up too late, so breakfast was later (brunch really)

D: Hamburger, cheesy hash browns, veggie salad, Doritos, 3 beers

S: A bit of chocolate nonpareils

E: None :cry

Sorry, it was strictly veggies with no lettuce. Cauliflower, broccoli, red peppers, onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, etc in an Italian dressing.

Well i've not posted my dietry intake for some time now but it's mostly consisted of Shreddies, pure green salads and Chicken (not all at once i hasten to add :) )

And I think i've only missed 2 or 3 weekday gym sessions in the last month so thats all good.

And what a suprise I got today when I got on the scales to discover that i'm a whole 1 stone lighter :woo (thats 6Kg or 14lbs for our international friends)

So in theory I should be at my target weight in about 6 weeks if I carry on :shock well i'll see, footy will be back on by then :wink

I seem to be holding steady with slight fluctuations on a daily basis. I still feel rather good and think that I look thinner, but the scale says another story. In any event, I'm happy with how its going, despite the weight staying the same.


Thursday:


B: Special K with skimmed milk and OJ

L: Turkey & cheese sandwich, grapes & BBQ chips

D: 2 slices of pep pizza & 3 breadsticks

S: A few pieces of chocolate

E: Loaded about 2300 lbs of lumber (not all at once, you fool!) from the store shelf to my van and then from my van to the backyard. Had to make two trips to get it all. My farkin' shoulder and arms are killing me as they took the brunt of the weight and impact from picking up the sh1t. 16' long boards are not exactly easy to handle!

Thursday i had

B: Alpen with semi skimmed

L: Chicken baguette, skips and a low fat yoghurt

D: Curry and 3/4 naan

S: bananananananana and a clementine. oh and a go ahead biscuit......great :shock

I am certainly eating less than i would have during a day and when i do get hungry i now go for something healthy like fruit rather than go for the crisps or whatever. However my joints are feeling a bit achy and generally feeling shattered.

I generally eat the same shi.......stuff for brekkie and lunch and have a different dinner. I think i should start taking vitamins.

B: 4 waffles & syrup

L: Salami sandwich & pretzels

D: 3 slices of pizza

S: 3 chocolate chip cookies

E: 5 hours tearing out my old deck. Fark am I sore and tired! Will be doing this the entire weekend!

Brunch: Grilled bacon sarnie

Dinner: Grilled salmon/veg rice

E: 45 running machine

Start weight: 13st 8lbs
Week One: 13st 2lbs
Week Two: 12st 11lbs
Week Three: 12st 10lbs
Week Four: 12st 8lbs :)

Not according to my toilet. (TMI??)


A bit dehydrated from working on replacing my backyard deck in 95 degree (35 Celsius) heat all weekend, but not constipated. I think I drank at least 10 gallons of water on Saturday and Sunday.


BTW, here is Monday for me:

B: Waffles & OJ (ran out of milk, dammit!)

L: Garden salad & 2 slices of pizza

D: Pasta with marinara sauce & garlic bread

S: None

E: None (I'm still too sore from this weekend)

I feel your pain, OB.

Although I did lose a couple of pounds from last week, I've basically been treading water for the last 4 weeks. Of course, that was after gaining weight the first week.


More exercise isn't going to hurt anything! :thumb

I need to do the same.

Feeling good. I also, IMO, look thinner than my weight loss would indicate.
