Round 5 (or the quarter final) will be draw on this Saturday 31 Oct.

Whats your guess as to who we'll get?

Somehow I dont think we'll get the gooners until the semi's. We had them in the semi's in the 2006/07 comp (with the now famous 1-1 and 5-1 scorelines) and we would have had them in the semi's last year too if Burnley hadn't have knocked them out in the quarters (snigger).
It just seems to be destiny (or dirty tricks) that see to it that the two sides seem to be seeded in opposing pools leading up to the semi's.

But before all that, hopefully we'll get Pompy at The Lane next round.

COYS!!!

I'd like either Woolwich or ManUre at home next. I prefer playing bigger teams earlier rather than later, but that's me!

So, none of the three remaining "Big 4" are pitted against each other?

How surprising.
:eyebrow

Especially for a random draw.

I hope Utd have a really off day, Rio has half a mind on joining spurs and scores a timely own goal in the 93rd minute to win us the match...

Its amazing how some people can stay positive !! Me, I think we are screwed, no matter who they put out. We seem to have a mental block when we play the top three.

Apart from when we beat Liverpool twice last year.....and once this year (so far)......and the gooners in the semi's the year before......and Chelsea in the final that year?

You have to remember functioning with one of your top players knocks you around a bit but to lose 3 as we did....well.
Look at Liverpool, they only lost two in Gerrard and Torres and totally fell to bits.
With Modric, Lennon and Defoe playing we'll regain the magic that was missing, the pace that was missing and the goalscorer that was missing. Puts us in a somewhat stronger situation does it not?

Being realistic, I think we'll lose.

We always get knocked out by United in the cups, and I see no reason why this time will be different.

There is huge incentive for us to go there and put in a decent performance and it will be against a united team that will have maybe 5 or 6 regulars and the rest will be their younger reserves. We have done it against chelsea and the scum before so why not against united. I think it will be a good game and we have a very good opportunity to progress to the semi's.
