How many of you think that this "final determination" will be issued sometime in 2024? Where is the disincentive for improper conduct with players from other teams? You have the money and the name, anything goes. I have no faith that this tapping up will be properly dealt with. Prove me wrong, CAS, prove me wrong....please! Chelsea ban article And the current Prem leaders NEED additional players in? Really?
