With the introduction of the Hunter VG, the everyday citizen now has the ability to wave change. However, to keep rampant citizens from destroying everything in the wave world, this ability is locked until it is approved by the Satella Police. Your approval will grant you a license to use the VG's wave change abilities. You're license acts as a one time use card that unlocks the wave change ability PERMINATELY. You keep your license for reference for the Satella Police. In order to get an approval and obtain your Wave License, you will need to fill out the following form.
After completing the form, a sparring match will be held to ensure that you have what it takes to fight viri in the Wave World. After completing both the form and the match, you will be given your Wave license. Edited by Omega, Apr 18 2009, 10:31 PM.
