I'm surprised you attempted this, but a plot requires much more thought than simply giving the cliche'd "mysterious force" that turns everything into the Afflicted, the Infected, the Walking, the Ghasts, or whatever other stupid name for what is effectively zombies of the worlds most overrated killer, man, that somehow become stronger, by losing most of their brain-power, shambling randomly, able to take out thousands in a day. On your needed NPCs... I fail to see how a big, bad, bald, most likely fat, but incredibly strong, athletic, and fearsome person, along with a bunch of bone-head thugs with guns, used with no greater thought than Zerglings in a rush, or Pikmin that are sacrificed for "the greater good" that is the achieving of "end of day" scene wee Captain Olimar reaches after some half-wit seven year old wins a level, are able to cause what is effectively Judgement Day (Yes, that's what the apocalypse is. Also, I'm betting you don't know what armageddon is either, so go Wiki taht, why don't you.), where God, Allah, or whatever you call that one person you "have" to make bigger than yourself just so your ego doesn't kill you, decided whether or not you shall stay on a dieing Earth, or come on up to a paradise like you thought you've never seen before. If the meaning of my "complexicated", "ginormous", or "confusiating" words have simply been blown past you, than know this. I'm simply stating what you created simply will NOT do for a plot, because the level of the cliche is just so great, it kills the entire purpose. Now, if you truly wish for a plot, you may speak to us on the SFRP-dedicated Xatbox that Lorenz, a.k.a. StrikerZERO, has so "graciously" given us, simply known as "server II", so that we may collaborate, putting in our thoughts into making a plot that is more than half-rate. |
