I'm thinking since this'll have SF3 features we need an SF 3 banner so I need someone to make it(I'd do it myself but my PS isn't working) Here's a head start:

| Well I know how to take out that Pegasus in the current banner, it's just the matter of filling the space back up. I guess I could give it a shot with that new one in Beserk's avatar. It's just cutting them both out and putting the new pick in the old one's place. |

| I'd rather have it so that Black Ace is at the right edge and Red Joker at the left edge. While megaman is in the center. At a noise-ish BG for the banner. I can do it but eh,too lazy to find a proper BG. |

| That, or maybe sharpen Geo and Solo and blur the background fight just a little bit. I think its fine as is though. |
