Torso: His shoulders are round and white while is larger than normal forearms and are red. Wears white gloves. (Link). His body armor is red with a yellow V right below his neck. (link)

Legs: Rei's legs are light, yet sturdy and are red in color with some white and yellow. (link)

Any areas of his body that are not defined are black.

Weapon 1 Name: High Frequency Mode
Weapon 1 Attack: Rei increases his wave frequency to boost his attacks. In this state, he his twice as fast, no longer flinches from attacks that are moderate and below, and deals Modest damage per punch or kick instead of low. However, using this form causes low damage per turn until mode is terminated.

Weapon 2 Name: Burst Mode
Weapon 2 Attack: Much like his High Frequency Mode, Burst mode increases Rei's abilities. Instead of doing low damage per turn with punches and kicks, he can now deal high damage. Rei no longer flinches from any attacks and all damage taken is reduced one damage level. Rei;s body is also engulfed in a red flame-like aura that grants him slight abilities over his fire, such as shooting it out at opponents (which deals moderate damage and has a short range). All of these abilites don't come for free: Rei takes moderate damage per turn while in Burst Mode. Re cannot use both Burst Mode and High Frequency Mode at the same time.

General Note: Rei's punches and kicks (which are his main methods of attack) deal low damage per hit and can only deliver one attack per turn.
