Rules Set Rules V2 credits go to Acora, Berserk, Silver1327, Ryuu Sigma, Red Warrior Zero, Mike, and myself. Any changes or additions go to the third generation staff with major contributions from; Acora. Storyline Years into the distant future, the world has developed technology that was only thought to be science fiction. They have utilized a new technology that involves using wave frequencies to make modern day life easy and accessible to everyone. Waves can be found everywhere: in schools, homes, and even parks. With this bonding technology, links that were thought impossible to create can now be formed. Including links with aliens. Several light years away from Earth, two planets waged war against each other. Both had already utilized the Wave Technology developed by humans and were in fact made of Waves themselves. Planet FM quickly destroyed its sister planet, Planet AM. Several AM-ians escaped from the massacre of Planet AM, but many of them were destroyed. In an attempt to retreat from destruction, the AM-ians made their way to Earth. The AM-ian presence also brought the FM-ians to Earth where they continued their war there, only in secret. They found that by using the Human's Wave Technology, they could join up with the humans to gain more power. Humans were quick to discover these aliens, but the mass population lived life without knowing of their existence, aside from the few that were chosen out to be parters for the aliens. The major police force of the world, the Satella Police, regulated the interactions of the aliens with humans to ensure that the war would not break out across the planet. After some time, a human with the help of a blue AM-ian put a stop to the FM-ian's main forces. The AM-ians rejoiced, feeling endowed to repay back the humans for their kindness. They offered to let the humans study them to further along their Wave Technology. Several months passed and another great Wave threat arose. This time, an ancient civilization who had very elaborate Wave Technologies returned from the dust by the help of three mysterious artifacts. This ancient Civilization, Mu, could create and control almost all of the Waves on earth, threatening to destroy life on earth and restart the ancient civilization of Mu. Once again, the Blue Wave Warrior stopped Mu's plans, restoring peace to Earth. Now, humans have completed their research on the AM-ian race and have developed a new AI called a Wizard. A device called the Hunter VG was specifically made to house these AIs and were quickly incorporated into the everyday lives of humans. The Hunter VGs could be attached to your arm for easy transportation and are the primary use of communication. Email, phone calls, the internet, and even several computer applications are all accessible through the Hunter VG. Matter Waves, special waves that can become tangible objects such as a skateboard or car, are supported through this device as well. Wizards would reside in these devices through a special adapter, creating easy mobility between Hunter VGs. The only way to easily access the massive amount of information in the Hunter VG is through a Wizard. Wizards are now commonly sold in stores and have become a necessary part of life. With the introduction of Wizards came the ability to perform what is called "Wave Conversion." Wave Conversion, also called Denpa Henkan, allows the Wizard and its user to fuse together to access the invisible world of waves. Since viruses are always on the loose through the elaborate Wave system, Wave Warriors are necessary to stop this threat. The Satella Police keeps a close eye on those capable of accessing the Wave World to ensure there is no repeat of the fate of Planet AM. A new threat has arisen from space, thought to be related to the power of the AM-ians. "Meteor G," as it is called, introduced a strange EM energy to earth, causing any Wizards or AM/FM-ians who have come in contact with its strange interference to go berserk. The cause, Noise, interferes with the Wizard's programing, inhibiting most all of their normal abilities. Once again, the mysterious Blue Warrior has destroyed Meteor G before it could crash into the earth, but Noise is still an ever present threat in the daily lives of citizens. What power is to be unlocked from Noise? Fight FM-ians, viruses, and other Wizards to discover the truth. NOTE: Hit "Ctrl+F" on your keyboard and type any of the bolded terms in the ToC to find them quickly. Table of Contents 1. Rule Set -1a. General Rules -1b. RPG Rules -1c. Roleplaying 2. 1: Rules Set 1a: General Rules Violations Godmodding Godmodding refers to the way people play fight in elementary school. Specifically, "I shot you. You're dead" or "Dodge, Dodge, etc". Basically, it is Role-playing beyond standards set in humans. It is also disregarding instincts, such as flinching and knockback. an Example of Godmodding in these manners is:
Did you see what was wrong with that? Use LOGIC, people. if someone shoots you, you don't ignore like a paper cut, you recoil and cry in pain. Another Example is:
Did you ALSO notice that? You cannot force your will on others. You cannot call a hit on other people either. Racism/Flaming Racism is discrimination against a culture. Basically classifying everyone in one category. Such as (All Asians are good at math and science), or all _ are _ at _. Fill in the blank. Flaming is a cyber manifestation of hate. telling people they suck or that the world wouldn't miss them fall under this category. You don't like someone? fine. Just don't say that in their face. Copying Rules Probobly a clear example of Copyright Infringement. Which being, These rules are of property of MMSFRPG. If you are caught copying the rules in their both entirety and exact wording, you will be cost 2 warnings. You may, however, request to use these rules VIA PM. Spamming/Language Spamming is basically posting more than once, in terms in abuse of Double posts. Double post is posting twice in a row. Keep in note there is something called the Edit button. It's by the top of the post window, and to the right. Use that to edit in other comments. If calling an Auto Hit (explained later), you are allowed to post in order to bumb the thread. Spam is also posting nonsense stuff for giggles/post count. Anyone caught doing this will be warned. Language is pretty simple. Keep everything at a PG-13 Level. minor swears are allowed, but no racist swears. I'll probobly let the bigger swears slide if it's a joke, but only if it is not harmful to another party. Backseat Modding Back Seat Modding is basically judging and doing the job of Admins/Mods when you're not part of the Staff. You may recommend an action the staff takes VIA PM, but if it is excessive, you will be cautioned to not Backseat Moderate. If caught, you get 1 warning. Warnings 3 chances. that's all you get. If you violate these rules once, you get a warning. Twice, another warning. 3 strikes and you're out of there. IP Ban. Permanently. _________________________________________________________________________ 1b: RPG Rules Damage Scale
Wave Conversion When first starting off as your character, you will be unable to perform Wave Converstion. In order to be approved for Wave Conversion, you must fill out a form at the Satella Police HQ and await for approval. Once it is registered, you will be given access to enter the Wave World as your EM Wave Being. Health Obviously, your Wave Warrior cannot sustain 999 Stupendous attacks or even 9 for that matter. To ensure that everyone plays by the rules, there is a general guide to how much damage each attack does on a scale of 100% damage. Take in mind you do not have to follow this guideline, but if you choose to go your own course, the total damage you take cannot be more than the damage presented here. You cannot take 25 Moderates if you choose to not use the suggested outline. At max, you can take 20 Moderates. Here is a chart to help you follow damage amounts.
Locations In this RP, you can only be apart of 1 RP at a time, 1 Mission at a time, and 1 plot at a time. This means you can potentially be in 3 places at once. You CANNOT be apart of 2 missions, 2 plots, or 2 RPs at the same time. If caught doing this, the newest post will be deleted. Auto Hits While RPing in a thread with multiple people, 48 hours will be given to the next participant to post in order to progress the thread. If the member does not post within the given time period, that person's turn is skipped. After that, another 48 hours will be given to allow the inactive person to get back in the thread. This cycle will continue until the thread is over. If some declares an Auto Hit on you in battle, you automatically take the damage from the attack. Take in mind 48 hours are the MINIMUM requirement for this rule. Status Effects You cannot give your opponent an immobilizing status effect, which include paralyzing, bubbling, and freezing, twice in a row. This includes any and all cards, attacks, or NPCs that can place any type of immobilizing status on the opponent. As an example, you cannot use the infamous Plasma Shot/Chain Bubble combo with indefinite success. In an attempt to immobilize an enemy who is already afflicted with such a status, the weapon would have no other effect besides the damage dealt. _______________________________________________________________________ 1c: Roleplaying To make sure everyone understands: No Godmodding! Luck No one is lucky all of the time. You can let good random things happen to your character, but if the staff sees that your character is getting his/her own way too often, you will be cautioned. Main Character YOU ARE NOT THE MAIN CHARACTER! Don't try to act like you are the best thing since french toast. If thats your character's personality, some egotistic behaviors will pass, but if it eventually leads to Godmodding or being a little too lucky, you will be warned. Contribute One person cannot carry a thread. All of your posts in-character should contribute to the thread as a whole. No one sentence posts (unless there is a GOOD reason for it). Short, pointless posts don't help members who actually want to get a thread moving. Share the burden. Have Fun! Role Playing is suppose to be fun! Enjoy yourselves! Just remember to be patient. |

2: Starting Off 2a: Joining Before joining we advise you to read all the rules throughouly as not to create any confusion in your posts and such. Once you have done that read the Join Template topic to get the template and the descriptions on how to make your profile. Once you have posted the profile and at least two staff member have approved it, you can request them to move the join topic to the Profile Area or you may repost your Profile in the Civilian Profile areas. Once you're character is approved, be sure to check out the After Approval & Starting Cards thread. Every new member starts off with 2000z that they may use in any way they want. You may now roleplay with your approved profile and join the fun along with everyone else, however, you may not start battling until he/she has his/her HunterVG registered. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2b: Battle System There will be no set grid for the fight. The fight will be fought like in normal life with only reasonable movement limitations, i.e. you can't fly at mach 20 and then hit the ground going straight through to the other side. You may only attack and defend/evade once per turn per enemy and the cards you download at the beginning of your custom may be used multiple times during that custom only. These cards that may be used multiple times include: Swords, guns, bombs, and fists. Due to this, that is why you must wait ten full turns until you can download new cards. During every turn you must post your custom and cards as not to take advantage of others, the following is what your post should look like: Quote: Gauge: # / 10 Cards: [ ]-[ ]-[ ]-[ ]-[ ]-[ ] Effects: Place a number of how many turns you have on things such as poison, burn, auras, ect. Attacks on what opponents, anthing you feel necessary (Optional) Here is a chart that explains when you slot in cards
Wave Warriors can chain together their attacks into different combos to use against foes. The attacks can go on for as many weapons as you wish to use, but there are several guidelines that must be followed. 1. Only one hit attacks are allowed. -Ex. Cannon, Sword, Plasma Gun 1, etc. No Mad Vulcans, Gatlings, Flicker Kicks, Invisibles, etc. 2. Chain must be executed on the ground. -Ex. Anything that does not allow the user to be airborne 3. You cannot dodge in the middle of a chain. -Ex. You cannot dodge if an opponent attacks you after you deliver your first strike to him/her. The longer the chain, the greater the chance of being attacked. 4. You can only attack once per weapon. -Ex. Sword, Wide Sword, Sno Ball 1. Cannot use Sword twice. 5. Multi use cards as instructed in the rules lose this effect in a chain. Only the last 2 Multi Use cards will be allowed to stay. -Ex. Sword, Wide Sword, Long Sword. Only Wide Sword and Long Sword will be able to be kept. 6. Two attacks of the same range may be used at the same time. -Ex: Cannon & Cannon, Sword & Wide Sword, etc. 7. Being hit in the middle of a chain cancels out any remaining attacks. Attacks not used will not be counted against the user. -Ex. After a Sword is used, the opponent fires a cannon blast and hits the opponent. Any attacks after the Sword will be canceled out. Please report to an admin if your battle has something suspicious going on and they will provide answers and try to clear up the battle. 2c: Brother Band System Brother Band and Link Power System When a new player begins there Roleplaying Adventure (So to speak), They will start off with a total of 100 points of linkpower. They may use these points to input Wave abilities which can upgrage there character for ultimate preformance. However, a character can't increase there Linkpower on there own, they may form a Brotherband with another character (Via Roleplaying) to gain more linkpower, find a way to involve those brothers in that characters plots (or vice versa), or even just gain a new ally. The link power a brother can give you is dependent on there post count. Every character starts out only giving out a small 10 Linkpower. For every 50 posts they acquire, the amount of linkpower will increase by 10 until they reach 200 total as a cap. As in both Starforce Games currently, only 6 brothers will be allowed to a single character at a time. Brother Band Cards These are cards you can get from your brothers when you become brothers with them. Each player is allowed to choose 4 cards and make them favorites. You may only have a combined total of 2 mega and giga cards selected with a cap of 2 mega cards and 1 giga card. When a player uses a Brother Band Card in a battle, they will use the first favorite card their brother has registered. The next battle, they'll use the second and cycle through accordigly every time they get one in battle. Brother Updates Whenever your brother changes their favorite cards, gets more linkpower to give out, updates there other brothers, changes their personal info, or gains more linkpower themselves, you may go to them (via rp) and update your Brother information with them to get the bonuses and changes, you can't automatically recieve these changes, plus its a good opporitunity to Roleplay. 3: Alliances 3a: Jobs Once you reach 50 in-character posts, jobs become an available option. Different jobs have certain requirements to join, but across the board 50 posts are required. You receive a monthly income that you must pick up in the following month. A month is granted to pick up your paycheck, but after the alloted time, you lose that money. Post in the Jop Payment section under your Hunter VG to pick up your pay. You'll find where to sign up for jobs in the following descriptions. 3b: Job Classes Civilians. Of course we know who these guys are. The people who live among the cities with their care free life. These guys have no rank, and they are able to accept jobs from the mission board, help liberate areas, or help take them over. GSP
Of course we know what these guys are. The police force of Megaman Star Force. Or should I say, the star force version of Official Net Battlers from the battle network series.. These people are the main protectors. They are called on when there is trouble afoot. But enough about that. Lets get right to the technical stuff. First off, GSP members are able to liberate areas, stop an assassination attempt, or stop crimes. Gaining a good salary of 3000z for stopping crime or an assassination, and 3500 for a liberation. And what is a police job without ranks? It would be cool to walk around and show those newbies how a real job is done right? Well, here's how they are attained. Ranks of the GSP Force, are achieved through stopping crimes, or librating criminal areas successfully. And the higher your rank is, the more money will appear on your pay check celery per week. Of course, if you failed to catch the criminal, that will deduct your score on how many crimes you've managed to stop. The same applies to the liberation. Only it will be deducted by -2, instead of -1 Class E - White belt! 4,000z Class D - Stop 20 crimes or successfully liberate 10. 6,000z Class C - Stop 40 crimes, or successfully liberate 20 areas. 8,000z Class B - Stop 60 crimes, or successfully liberate 30 areas. 10,000z Class A - Stop 80 crimes, or successfully liberate 40 areas. 12,000z Class S - Stop 100 crimes, or successfully liberate 50 areas. 16,000z Class SS - Stop 120 crimes, or successfully liberate 60 areas. 20,000z EM Criminals.
The name speaks for itself..they're bad news. People who decide to use their EM wave forms for their own reasons. Most of them intending harm, breaking the law, or doing serious damage. That's why we call them crimes. Criminals are able to commit any crime they wish. Destroy buildings, kill people, rob banks, anything at all. The world, is their little toy. For every crime they commit, they will gain 2500z. Not only that, they can also take over an area. Successfully taking control over an area, will award the user 2500z, plus an additional 500z per week, as long as you keep your areas under your control. Failing to commit a crime, will make the leader look bad. And is likely to lower your rank if you keep it up. -1 for failing a crime, and -2 for failing a take over. The points are deducted from your score count. The ranks in this job is similar to the GSP. Only the goals are the total opposite. Rookie - Default 4,000 Thief - Commit 20 crimes, or take over 10 areas. 6,000z Rouge - Commit 40 crimes, or take over 20 areas. 8,000z Bandit - Commit 60 crimes or take over 30 areas. 10,000z Felon - Commit 80 crimes or take over 40 areas. 12,000z Trickster - Commit 100 crimes or take over 50 areas. 16,000z Sinner - Commit 120 crimes or take over 60 areas. 20,000z Mercenaries. - Location: Mission Board (Mission added. Check the mission BBS at RPG related.) They do jobs for money, they go both ways. What more do you need to know? These guys take missions from any board available. ( Including the UG board ) And the pay they receive is doubled. They are paid a good 2000z per week. And the ranking system they use, is strictly by mission points. The higher the points, the more missions you can accept. And that means more pay. They can also be hired by other users in this RPG. They can negotiate a price, and put them right to work. Unknown Guardians.
Alright, in a nutshell, you can call this organization, the FBI version of the GSP. They are not part of the GSP force, but these guys have a knack for bursting right into the scene of the crime, then nab the criminals with style. When they appear, they are always appearing in wave form. Plus, no one is supposed to know about the wave user's identity, the wave user's name, or even what the wave user can do. They just come in, get the job done, and leave it to the police to make the arrest. What can the Unknown Guardians do? They can liberate areas with a member of the GSP. They can stop any crime what so ever, as long as their cover isn't blown. They may take missions, only directed towards the Unknown Guardian job. Rankings? Sure, there will be a ranking system. Depending on your rank, your pay celery per week will increase. There are a total of five ranks. To increase your rank, I will be introducing a system, only for the Unknown Guardians. I call them, Fame points. You gain fame points by finishing UG missions, helping the GSP with librations, and last but not least, stopping a crime. Of course, you can also be famous for failing a deed. That’s when the negative fame points kick in. You won't drop below zero, but it will decrease your rank. Here's how I broke down how many points are awarded towards every good deed that is done. Missions: That depends on how many points are awarded. Just like how the mission points are given out. Stopping crimes: Your points go up by +2 when a crime is successfully stopped. If it's a failure however, your points will deduct by -1. After all, you can be remembered as a failure instead. =/ Liberation with a GSP: Your points increase by +3 as you help out GSP members librate. Failing the deed will deduct your points by -2 Ranks Rookie - Default 4000z Unknown Guardian - 6000z per month. Gained when the user accumilates 20 Unknown Protector - 8000z per month. Gained when the user accumulates 40 Fame points. Unknown Paladin - 10,000z per month. Gained when the user accumulates 60 Fame points. Unknown Crusader - 12,000z per month. Gained when the user accumulates 80 Fame points. Unknown Hero - 16,000z per month. Your so famous for your actions, you must have 100 Fame points or more to get this. Unknown Saint - 20,00z per month. Everyone must know about your heroic deeds, since you have 120 fame points or more. Assassin.
Yes people! A job where your mission is to either kill someone, something, or beat them senseless! These guys get missions by other users or NPCs, mainly putting a hit on viruses, an NPC, or even a player. Assassins shall stop at nothing, to make sure they caught their prey. They are a mix between criminals and mercs. They follow their own path, and just take down whoever they want. Assassins can take missions from the assassination boards only. These missions focus on killing NPC’s, and viruses. However, players can hire an assassin to beat another player sensless, or kill them on the spot. Whichever way works. Assassins also gain Killing Spree points. The higher your points are, the higher your rank as an Assassin will be. Another thing that assassin’s may do, is perform a murder, or an act of brutality. Assassin’s can attack random players, simply by entering their role plays, and attempting to take them down. If your successful, you get a nice 4000z. But there is a chance that you can be ganged on, so it’s recommended not to do it alone. If someone accompanies you, the money is split between you and your partner(s). Softy. – You didn’t shed enough blood. 4,000z Bully – Beat up 20 targets, or Kill 10 of them. 6,000z Feared – Beat up 40 targets, or Kill 20 of them. 8,000z Brutal – Beat up 60 targets, or Kill 30 of them. 10,000z Violent – Beat up 80 targets, or Kill 40 of them. 12,000z Deadly – Beat up 100 targets, or Kill 50 of them. 16,000z Predator – Beat up 120 targets, or Kill 60 of them. 20,000z 3c: NPCS NPCs are essentially extra characters. However they are limited to what they can and cannot do, unlike your regular character. They may not be used to gain any sort of money, or be used in battles to give you the upper hand. They may be used to enhance RPs between members, to battle with other NPCs or PCs(If it is okay with the RPer), or participate in some plots. To apply for an NPC you must have 300 in-character posts and make a join topic using the standard template. Here are a few quick rules for NPCs 1. Cannot obtain jobs. 2. No extra zenny is given to NPCs. If you wish to buy something for your NPC, you may use the money obtain by your regular character. 3. NPCs start with the standard library folder. You may trade cards between yourself and your NPC, but multiple copies are required if both of you are to use it at the same time. 4. Your NPC may engage with your regular character OUTSIDE of battles. You may battle someone with both your NPC and regular character, but you may only control one per post. For example, if you choose Blade and Poison, Blade (Tier 3) will be your Main and Poison (Tier 4) will be your sub. Weaknesses are only effected by Main element, and will increase the damage by one level. Neutral is considered below the 4th Tier. DISCLAIMER When creating your character, you cannot use two elements that are in the same cycle. For instance, you can't have Dark as your Main element and Light as your Sub. Characters made like this will be requested to change. Neutral: Neutral type wave beings have no weaknesses or strengths against any other type. The most balanced of all beings, weapons can include busters, fists, shields, ect..basically anything not included in the other types. Object) Wave beings that can use special powers to create objects in the area. These are handy to use to create obsticles for your opponent as well as give you some control over the terrain. These wave beings aren't too hot against Earth users, but they're effective against Poison. Weakness: Earth Strength: Poison -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 4b: Noise Change Thanks to the ever developing Wave Technologies in 220X, a device has already been made to harness the power of Noise radiation. The Noise Program, developed by WAXA, absorbs Noise data which is fused with the owner's strength to increase its power and appearance. In order to obtain the Noise Program, certain requirements are needed, each dependent on your profession. They can be found on the Mission Board and can be obtained once the mission is complete. Noise is collected when EM Bodies are engaged in battle. Stronger attacks cause more Noise Radiation, so the more damage you deal, the more Noise you gain. Noise is only gained if the attack is successful. That means you don't gain Noise from attacks that miss or are blocked. In combat, each fighter gives off Noise that can be absorbed when damage is dealt. Here is a chart to help you gauge how much Noise is gained through a successful attack.
Once you acquire enough Noise, the Noise Program can fully harness its latent potential. The Noise Radiation that you gather changes your form, thus increasing your strength. It allows you to gain other individual's power rather than buffing yours up, giving you more abilities and a wider range of attack options. It also alters your look, combining attributes of the originator's form with your own. These are called "Noise Forms." Once you have the Noise Program, you must fill out a Noise Form template that describes what Noise you will give to others. The abilities and appearance do NOT affect your character, but those who obtain your Noise Form. At the beginning of your custom, you can activate the Noise Program to gather Noise throughout the fight. Once you receive 100% Noise Radiation from your opponent, you are eligible to obtain their Noise Form at the end of the fight. NOTE: Your opponent must also have the Noise Program, otherwise you will NOT get their Noise Form, since they won't have one. Once the fight is over and you have the requirements, you must role play your character obtaining the Noise Form. After that, congratulations! You've just got yourself a Noise Form! You can activate your Noise Form during the loading period of your first custom, giving you an edge at the very beginning of the battle. Noise Forms are separated into 2 different categories: Form Out and Color Out. Form Out will probably be your most used form when it comes to Noise Forms. Once you activate the Noise Program during the loading period of your first custom, you are automatically in Form Out. In this state, you gain certain abilities of the Noise you have equipped. Abilities are chosen by the Noise Form's originator on a 5 point scale. 5 points are distributed among different abilities. They are as follows:
Your appearance also changes, matching the form of the Noise Form's originator more closely. This won't have any other effect except for looks. Once you reach 50% Noise, you will automatically change to Color Out. Color Out grants the user one of the originator's weapons which is chosen by the originator and your Main Element gains the Noise Form's element regardless of its Tier. An ability is also granted that relates to the originator's Wave Form. This can either be a weapon or ability that the originator already has, or it can be made for the Noise Form. All abilities will need to be approved before they can be used in Noise Forms. Both Abilities and Weapons will still be restricted to the 4 weapons rule, meaning if you have more than 2 weapons you'll need to replace some of your own accordingly. With Color Out comes a special attack unique to your Noise Form's element. These attacks are called Noise Force Bangs (NFBs). They work much like a regular Battle Card, but they take up 3 of your slots and can only be slotted in if you are in Color Out during your loading period for your custom. Using this attack immediately sets your Noise to 0 and deactivates your Noise Form. Below is a list of NFBs. NOTE: If you're main element is not there, it is automatically Null. NFBs are not effected by add on cards such as Attack +10, Paralyze Plus, etc.
Gaining Color Out also brings with it an important caution. If you're hit by an attack with the opposing element as your Noise Form, you COMPLETELY drop out of your Noise Form. You'll have to wait until your next loading period to reactivate your Noise Form. Here is a Template for Noise Forms. Have fun with the power of Noise!
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 4c: Ability Waves Ability Waves are similar to the Navi cutomizer from the battle network series. However they rely on your linkpower. Ability waves cost zenny or can be gained through plots as prizes and you can upload as many as you can fit in up to the max amount of link power you have. Ability waves also come in many different numbers of capacity. So some will be sold, and ones that come in smaller sizes could be given as rewards for missions, plots, etc. In a players signature, they must keep a record of which ability waves they own, which one are in effect, how much linkpower they are using, and the capacity of the wave. Below is a list of Ability Waves and prices. If you wish to buy Ability Waves, there is a store on the Echo Ridge Wave Road.
EDIT: There were some element description error. It has been fixed. - Berserk Edited by Omega, Sep 1 2009, 02:11 AM.

5: Everything Else 5a: Stages The name says it all. These types of cards allows you to change the field to your liking, for the sole purpose of gaining the upper hand. Since this is a role play, and everything is done by free battling, and not by a grid, stage type cards will affect the ENTIRE battle ground. Saying that it only affects a certain area of the battle ground can cause some confusion. Just where exactly did the area form? Not only that, players can try to some how move the field, without their opponent even knowing that they’ve done so. So, to avoid this entire thing, the entire ground shall be affected, instead of just a certain part. What’s the benefits of this kind of stage play? It’s simple rather. It’s for the sole purpose of adding more strategy into the role play. Now, players will have to THINK, before they throw down a stage card, to make sure that the cards do not affect them in any way. Wouldn’t it be grand, if you threw down a poison stage card? For the sole purpose of draining your enemy’s life? But then you forget the part that it affects you too? I think it would be splendid! 5b: Manipulations Okay Wave Manipulations are mostly exclusive to Criminals, but there are also ones that a GSP may perform. If another member tries to stop your manipulation, you must fight over the area. The winner gets credit for the manipulation (GSP will get one liberation while EMC will take the area) >Basic Manipulations: A basic manipulation is a crime in which the said criminal maniuplates the wave road to gain reputation that takes 48 hours to complete. We expect these RPs to be at least 2 paragraphs for the first post and from there on any length is fine. >Reverse Manipulations: A type of manipulation only GSP may perform that they recieve the normal amount for their good deeds. This takes 48 hours to successfully complete one of these and we like to see at least a 2 paragraph opener. 5c: Additional Weapons
