Post here to get your NPC turned into a mega class card. You can choose one of his/her attacks and turn it into a mega card. Since this is free, you'll have to make the Mega Card yourself. Use the following template and remember: Just ONE attack.

Toy Card
 
Name: (Name of Toy's attack)
Element: (Use common sense to determine the element)
Sub-Element: (Same as Main Element)
Description: (Place attack's description here)
Damage: (Place damage here)

Description: Ratchet appears, firing off a rocket from his weapon, dealing High Elec/Cursor damage on a direct hit. The rocket sends out a tendril of electricity at all foes within a two meter radius, damaging them for Modest Elec damage.
Damage: Modest/High

Fair enough? I want an Optical Maser Array and RYNOCERATOR one, too...

Wow. That's my third Elec Mega.
