His left arm is slightly larger, and red, chrome, and completely formed. His right claw is black. He has a brown chest plate with his emblem on it, only golden, four silver spikes around it similar to his Noised form’s. His eyes have an amber color.

Personality: He’s a friendly, happy-go-lucky being. This cheerful mood was apparently part of his success at being a Noised Wizard, as he had less of a chance to be overpowered by the rage of a weaker being.

Biography: A total powerhouse, Ursa Minor was prototype Wizard designed specifically to be able to hold and control the power of Noised Cards. He was released after all research had been completed, and he had proven to have total control over all of his abilities. He has taken care of himself as a sort of vigilante since then.

There’s no scar on his eye, the vents on his chest should be replaced by the symbol on the chest of Ursa Minor, and golden. The eyes are amber, and the rockets on his back are replaced by mounts for cannon and gun-type weapons, and a grenade-type weapon is launched out of a modified-looking Cannon with a slightly larger barrel. His right hand has silver claws on its fingers, each about two inches long. A Fist card will change the color of his right claw accordingly, and his left arm’s claws will adapt to the effects of a Sword card, changing in length, width, color, etc.

Primary Weapon Name: Crescent Slash
Primary Weapon Attack: Ursa’s left arm can slash at an enemy up close for Modest Sword/Breaking damage This attack is wide, and can even hit people to his left and right. Literally, on the other hand, his right, he can channel energy to release a wide shock wave that is approximately three meters across, that deals Moderate Sword damage. If the situation requires, such as multiple foes, he may send out three different meter long shockwaves that are slightly faster, each dealing Low Sword damage. This can go even further, as he may opt to send out five Pathetic Sword damage-dealing shock waves that are about a foot wide, each. These are the fastest, and have the longest range.

The breakdown:
Melee hit: Modest Sword/Breaking. One hit max.
Large shock wave: Each three meters wide, short ranged with decent speed. Moderate Sword damage. One hit max.
Medium shock waves: Each a meter wide, moderately ranged and faster. Low Sword damage. Three hits max.
Small shock waves: Each a foot wide, farthest ranged and fastest. Pathetic Sword damage. Five hits max.

Secondary Weapon Name: Drill Claw
Secondary Weapon Attack: The claws on Ursa’s left arm even space themselves around his palm, before closing together, forming a drill. An opponent hit will be dealt High damage from this slow attack and become impaled onto it. The next turn, if the attack was successful, he may slam the enemy into the ground for High Breaking/Sword damage, and spin the drill, dealing another four hits of Low Breaking damage. Ursa may only attempt to impale the foe every third turn, and if the entire maneuver was a success, he may not repeat it until the next custom.

The breakdown:
Melee hit: High Sword/Breaking. One hit max. Two turn cool down.
Drill slam: High Sword/Breaking. One hit max. Can only be used if melee hit was successful.
Drill spin: Low Breaking. Four hits max. Can only be used if drill slam as successful.
If drill spin was successful, Drill Claw may not be used until the next custom.
