Just.....hello, I mean what do you expect from me? Not much else I have to say other then hello, get off my back! In all seriousness though, I was looking for a nice Starforce RPG forum to join, this site seems very promising. Well, while I'm awake at this late time of day due to caffeen, may as well write up my character for approval as well. |

If you're talking about the manipulation described in Section 5 of the rules, then I'll start by saying that I have yet to see that done here. Thats not to say it still can't be, but when we revamped the rules, we essentially just dumbed down what was there originally. Its pretty much just a nice flow of income for criminals by taking over certain areas. I can try to go into detail if you want, but we pretty much have the same information at our fingertips, so I can't really help you out on this one :/.
