Mission: Epic Sword Fight

Fayt Reinchild look around in confusion. He had never really gone to the Wave Stadium all too much. He had only recently registered his Hunter, and before his battle (read, getting slaughtered) with Era, never really thought too much about fighting. After getting thrown around like a rag doll, he figured a little fighting experience would help. And would you know it, he found a mission that wanted a sword user, something he wanted to specialize in. Seraph: "Hey! Over here." The angel like Wizard was floating over the designated area. A little far, Serah can see a young boy, at 18 year old, walking towards them with a broad sword on his shoulder with his left hand on the grip. Pulling off his headphones, he let them rest on his neck. Nodding warily he looked warily at the broadsword that the boy was carrying. He didn't know how study his Licht Sieger was, but god he hoped it could block that. "Yea," Fayt couldn't stop staring at the sword. Different strategies were flying through his head. He had stepped up his sword training, and couldn't wait to try out some of the stuff he had taught himself. Shaking his head to clear the thoughts out, he offered his hand. OOC: My last post was made in a hurry. Better descripe his outfit. The boy carries the sword off his shoulder, holding it with the tip on the ground, with his blue wide(How do I put this..) jeans and jet black coat, he says, "Sweet. Well, in this fight I'd orefer you use sword cards or your short range weaponry. Just for the epicness. Hehe." He handshakes Fyat. Then, he then walks 5 feet away from Fyat, standing in a battle pose, carrying his broadsword on his back as he gets ready. Saying, "Ready for this Fyat?"	Let's do this! "Just a sec," A flare of light engulfed both him and Seraph. When it faded Holy Seraph took Fayt's place. "Licht Sieger..." The beam of light formed in front of his gauntlet. Gripping the beam he focused as it slowly took the shape of a standard double edged sword. "I'd perfer a katana, but this is the best we can do so far." The boy just whistles in an impressed way. He then says, "Shiney. Name's Geo Heartnet. Let's make it hot." He then rises his broadsword, slashing the heavy sword with one arm, slamming it on the ground, the ground infront cracked while the space in front of him became a current of wind, shapping into a shockwave coming at Fyat. "Too easy!" Charging forward HS jumped over the shockwave. Seraph: "Keep it simple!" "Right!" Accelerating at the last second, Holy Seraph lunged at Geo, hoping to use speed to get his stab in. "Too simple, champ." having the broadsword in front of Geo, it would be already in the range of the lunge, thus blocking it. By then Geo jumped over his sword while his hand was holding the grip, landing to HS' left and giving him a jab to the shoulder. HP: 100% Attack: Jab (Low)	Let's do this! Slidding to a stop HS tried to parried the blow. Well, he had blocked enough of it, so that the jab only cut his shoulder, instead of piercing through it. Ignoring the wound, he quickly made his next move. "Faster," HS spun around, positioning him behind Geo, "I just have to move faster!" Geo rolls to his front, avoiding the slash, yet disarmed from his broad sword. He then runs to his broadsword attempting to grab it and then jump to the air and send another shockwave at HS. OOC: I'm allowed to swap my swords right? --- "No you don't!" Dismissing his Licht Sieger, HS swapped it for his Long Sword. Using the extra range, he slashed at Geo before he could get at his sword. OOC: Yeah sure. "OH geez!" Hey attempts to pull his hand away, but was too slow to avoid the slash. His wrist had an oh-so pretty slash on his arm right under his wrist. As his left arm starts to bleed, he ignores the pain and grabs the Broadswrd with his other hand. Waving powerfully at HS. HP: 93% Attack: Slash (Modest)	Let's do this! "Argh!" The slash had caught him in his shoulder wound. The Long Sword had done it's job, but was too long to defend in time. He'd need to use a blade he was familar with. The Long Sword was too unwieldy at this point. He'd need to swap to a shorter blade when he had a chance. Leaping to the edge of the Long Sword's range is slashed at Geo hopefully for the last time with the blade. OOC: Heh, I was rereading Reborn and i love this maneuver. --- "Damnit!" Sidestepping the shockwave, Holy Seraph dismissed the Long Sword and summoned back his Licht Sieger. "You know, your forgetting all the things your practiced." Seraph's voice echoed within his head. Keeping an eye on Geo, HS took a breath and calmed down. Seraph: "Okay, don't try anything flashy." HS charged forward, switching his sword to his left hand. Seraph: "What are you doing?!" Getting close to Geo, HS slashed. In the middle of the slash, he let go of the sword with a slight flick of his wrist. Catching the sword with his right hand he completed the swing.
