Becoming a member of staff is not as easy as you would think, unless we are desperate, then you will most likely remain a memeber, as i can do most of the site maintenece myself. Moderators will be chosen from the crowd by myself. You will have to be an active member and know how to do the job. Becoming a member of staff is a tedious job, you will be required to deal with members who do not want to cooperate, dealing is members support forms and thier questions, helping with the moulding of the site, and helping myself with anything i need done. There will be no announcment about when I am looking for staff, i will just PM a member and ask if you would like it, if my current staff cannot already do the job.
