We are especially concerned that EVERYONE who comes here finds a warm welcome and is well received. To this end, we have established over time a few simple rules which allow for a broad diversity of opinions and points of view to express themselves, without creating disharmony and ill-will. They are as follows: 1. One account per person, should we find that you have registered more than once your account will be deleted and your IP address blocked. 2. You may not signup with any Offensive usernames or usernames that plug another site. 3. Absolutely NO personal attacks will be tolerated, no exceptions! 4. No hard language is permitted. If you feel you absolutely must swear the use of Stars () can convey your feeling with out endangering your place in our forums. Saying "S!" is allowed however it is frowned upon. Saying "YOU S* (the actual word) is never allowed, ever!! 5. Please observe our posting rules, which includes posting in the proper Forum. We have described each forum briefly and should help you decide where to place your post. No double or triple posting, repeated offenders may be warned or suspended. 6. Should it become necessary to ban someone from our forums, they are very rarely, if ever, given a second chance. We give no prior warning for ban nor are we accountable for giving any reasons. 7. We suggest you stay away from Political and religious discussions, these topic tend to turn into hot flame wars and we certainly won't like to see that happening, if you can discuss the matters in a civilized manner you are more than welcome otherwise stay clear. 8. Racial, Sexist or Religious posts of any kind are absolutely not tolerated and will be dealt with accordingly. 9. Sexual Harassment of ANY KIND will not be tolerated in our Forums. Anyone found doing this will be immediately banned. 10. The administration of duelisthq.net has the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread, avatar, username or signature for any reason. 11. No posts related to hacking into other people's PCs, illegal internet activities, credit card fraud or any other activity deemed destructive to another users PC are allowed on this forum. 12. No explanation will be given for any action of moderators, Elites or admin. You should have read the rules and user agreement BEFORE HAND. You can be banned or suspended with/without a warning. 13. Moderators, Elites or admin have the right at anytime to issue warnings should it become necessary for violating any of the rules contained in this post. 14. Some forums have additional rules that must be read before posting in those sections. 15. There is to be no pm advertising of other forums that can only be done in your sig. Anyone found pm advertising their forum will be ip banned.
