I have a few cards to post now. I've got a lot more I've made though. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Flash Fusion Quick-Play Spell Remove from play, from your side of the field or your graveyard, fusion material monsters listed on a LIGHT fusion monster and special summon the Fusion Monster (this counts as a fusion summon.) At the End Phase of the turn this card is activated, return the monster summoned by this effect to the fusion deck, and return to play in face-up ATK or face-up DEF position the fusion material monsters used for the Fusion Summon of the monster summoned by this card's effect. Basically a one-turn fusion for Cyber-Twin Dragon, or Cyber End Dragon. Now, while this card isn't specifically for the Cyber Dragons, it is still a card that can be used in a Cyber Dragon deck nonetheless. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Elemental Hero Wildfire 6 stars Fire 2300 ATK 900 DEF Warrior/Fusion/Effect Elemental Hero Burstinatrix + Elemental Hero Sparkman This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. When this card attacks a facedown monster, destroy and remove from play the facedown monster with this card's effect without applying damage calculation or flipping it face-up. Basically, an E-Hero to protect other E-Heros by destroying AND removing from play facedown monsters. Great for facedown Reapers, but this gal's effect can easily be rendered useless with Light of Intervention. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Elemental Hero Searingedge 8 stars Fire 3000 ATK 1800 DEF Warrior/Fusion/Effect Elemental Hero Bladedge + Elemental Hero Burstinatrix This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points, inflict Effect Damage with this card's effect equal to the amount of Battle Damage inflicted by this card in battle. Basically, this girl's blade is so hot it does more than cut through enemies. It deals EXTRA damage when it hits. Nice when she has support. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Elemental Hero Shadedge 9 stars Dark 3000 ATK 2000 DEF Warrior/Fusion/Effect Elemental Hero Necroshade + Elemental Hero Bladedge This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. As long as this card remains Face-Up on the field, all DARK monsters must remain in the same position as this card, and their battle positions cannot change. This card is excluded from this effect. This card can end up as a liability if you're not careful. Combine it with DNA Transplant, and ALL monsters on both sides of the field would remain in the same position as Shadedge. And his effect doesn't prevent attacks either, which can also provide a liability. (for those who don't understand what a liability is, it's basically something that most likely will cost you.) |

Did you mean GODLY job or GOOD job? I'm guessing good because I know I'm not perfect at making cards. Anyway, I had an idea for two new envoys. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Samus - Envoy of Hope 10 stars Light 3200 ATK 3000 DEF Warrior/Effect This card cannot be normal summoned or set. This card cannot be special summoned EXCEPT by removing 3 LIGHT and 3 DARK monsters in your graveyard from play. This card can attack once per FACE-UP monster on your side of the field, all in a row. When this card attacks a DEF position monster with an ATK that is higher than the DEF of the defending monster, inflict Battle Damage equal to HALF the difference. Limitations: Limited Rulings: If a monster is summoned face-up to the field after Samus has made an attack, then Samus cannot attack again afterwards, regardless of how many attacks were made. Powerful, but not entirely overwhelming IMO. Also, with a tribute of 6 monsters from the grave, this card is NOT a card you can get out early game. Although, like her name says, she's the Envoy of Hope, meaning she might just save your tail mid/late game. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- That's the one I have time for for now. I'll get to my second envoy, the Envoy of Despair, when I get back on. |

Ok, now that I'm back online, I'd like to put up my other envoy, the Envoy of Despair. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ridley - Envoy of Despair 10 stars DARK 3200 ATK 3000 DEF Dragon/Effect This card cannot be normal summoned or set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 3 LIGHT and 3 DARK mosnters in your graveyard from play. In addition to a normal attack, this card can attack every FACE-DOWN monster on your opponent's side of the field, once each. If This card attacks a monster, it may not attack directly. When this card destroys a monster as a result of battle, inflict 400 points of Direct Damage. Limtations: Limted Rulings: If Ridley attacks a face-up monster, and the attacked monster is flipped face-down, Ridley may attack the face-down monster as part of his effect. If the monster flipped face-down was destroyed, and there are no monsters left, Ridley may not attack directly. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Now for a few of my other cards. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Holy Paladin LV1 1 stars LIGHT 400 ATK 400 DEF Warrior/Effect As long as this card remains face-up on the field, this card is not affected by Trap Cards. During your Standby Phase, send this card to the graveyard to special summon 1 "Holy Paladin LV3" from your hand or deck. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Holy Paladin LV3 3 stars LIGHT 1400 ATK 900 DEF Warrior/Effect If This card was summoned by the effect of "Holy Paladin LV3" or "Level Up!", as long as this card remains face-up on the field increase the ATK of all your monsters by 200. During your Standby Phase, send this card tot he graveyard to Special Summon 1 "Holy Paladin LV5". ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Holy Paladin LV5 5 stars LIGHT 2100 ATK 1000 DEF Warrior/Effect If this card was special summoned by the effect of "Holy Paladin LV5" or "Level Up!", as long as this card remains face-up on the field, increase the ATK of all your monsters by 400. During your Standby Phase, send this card to the graveyard to Special Summon 1 "Holy Paladin LV7". ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Holy Paladin LV7 7 stars LIGHT 2500 ATK 1500 DEF Warrior/Effect If this card was special summoned by the effect of "Holy Paladin LV5" or "Level Up!", as long as this card remains face-up on the field, increase the ATK and DEF of all of your monsters by 600. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- That's all for now. What do you all think? |

Ok, I missed some text on the Holy Paladin LV 3-7. At the end of each text, there should be this line. You cannot use this effect the same turn this card is summoned. Also, I've got some more custom cards. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Reaper Dervish LV4 4 stars EARTH Warrior/Effect If there is a facedown card on your side of the field, this card is not affected by Magic cards. During your standby phase, send this card to the graveyard to special summon 1 "Reaper Dervish LV6". 1800 ATK 900 DEF Reaper Dervish LV6 6 stars EARTH Warrior/Effect When this card attacks a monster, this card may also attack monsters in adjacent zones. During the End Phase of a turn this card destroys 2 monsters as a result of battle, send this card to the graveyard to special summon 1 Reaper Dervish LV8 2400 ATK 900 DEF Reaper Dervish LV8 8 stars EARTH Warrior/Effect This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be special summoned by thye effect of "Reaper Dervish LV6". This card may attack all monsters on your opponent's side of the field, once each. This card must attack first before any other attacks are declared. 3000 ATK 1200 DEF Whirling Dervish LV4 4 stars WIND Warrior/Effect If there is a facedown card on your side of the field, this face-up card is not destroyed as a result of battle. During your standby phase, send this c ard to the graveyard to special summon 1 "Whirling Dervish LV6". 1700 ATK 1200 DEF Whirling Dervish LV6 6 stars WIND Warrior/Effect If there is a facedown card on your side of the field, this face-up card cannot be selected as an attack target. During the end phase of a turn this card destroyed a monster as a result of battle, send this card to the graveyard to Special Summon 1 "Whirling Dervish LV8". 2300 ATK 1500 DEF Whirling Dervish LV8 8 stars WIND Warrior/Effect This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "Whirling Dervish LV6". If there is a face-down card on your side of the field, This card is not affected by monster effects and this card cannot be selected as an attack target. 3000 ATK 1800 DEF -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- That's all for now. Hope you like em. |

Here is a confession. I got the idea for both Dervish families from playing the Guild Wars Nightfall Promo event. However, the Reaper introduces a concept similar to concepts that will come out with Cyberdark Impact. I found a spoiler for Cyberdark, and it included concepts such as column effects. However, I had gotten the adjacent zones concept from the fact that scythes, in Guild Wars: Nightfall, did AOE damage. Granted, the area was minimal, but it was AOE nonetheless. Anyway, here are two more LV families I came up with, again the inspiration from Guild Wars. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Flame Elementalist LV3 3 stars FIRE 1500 ATK 400 DEF Spellcaster/Effect During your Standby Phase, send this card to the graveyard to summon 1 "Flame Elementalist LV6". Flame Elementalist LV5 5 stars FIRE 2000 ATK 500 DEF Spellcaster/Effect During your opponent's Standby Phase, inflict 500 damage to your opponent's LP. During the End Phase of a turn your Opponent's LP were reduced by at least 2000, send this card to the graveyard in order to Special Summon 1 "Flame Elementalist LV7". Flame Elementalist LV7 7 stars FIRE 3000 ATK 700 DEF Spellcaster/Effect This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned EXCEPT by the effect of "Flame Elementalist LV5" During both players' Standby Phases, inflict 700 points of Direct Damage to your opponent's Life Points. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- One down, one to go... -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Monk Protector LV3 3 stars LIGHT 900 ATK 500 DEF Spellcaster/Effect When this card is Summoned or flipped Face-Up, put 3 Energy counters on this card. When a monster on your side of the field would be destroyed as a result of battle, you may remove 1 Energy Counter from this card to negate the destruction of the monster. During the End phase of a turn this card lost at least 1 Energy Counter, send this card to the graveyard in order to Special Summon 1 "Monk Protector LV5". Monk Protector LV5 5 stars LIGHT 1300 ATK 1000 DEF Spellcaster/Effect When this card is Summoned or Flipped Face-up, put 5 Energy Counters on this card. When a monster(s) on your side of the field would be destroyed as a result of a card effect, you may remove 1 Energy Counter to prevent the destruction of the monster. During the End Phase of a turn this card lost at least 2 counters, send this card to the graveyard to special summon 1 "Monk Protector LV7". Monk Protector LV7 7 stars LIGHT 1700 ATK 1400 DEF Spellcaster/Effect This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned EXCEPT by the effect of "Monk Protector LV5". When this card is Special Summoned, put 7 Energy counters on this card. When 1 or more monster(s) on your side of the field would be destroyed, you may remove 1 Energy Counter from this card to negate the battle/Spell Card/Trap Card/Monster Effect. Rulings (on all LVs): LV3 - Damage Calculation is applied normally regardless if you use this card's effect. - If you use this card's effect to prevent a monster from being destroyed in battle, the monster that would've been destroyed may be attacked again. - You may use the 'Leveling' effect of this card during either player's End Phase. LV5 - You CANNOT use this card to prevent a monster from being destroyed in battle. - If more than 1 monster would be destroyed, you may remove multiple counters to protect mutiple monsters. - You may use the 'Leveling' effect of this card during either player's End Phase - This card's effect only prevents the DESTRUCTION of a monster as a result of a spell, trap, or monster effect. ANY other effects of a spell, trap, or monster card that includes destroying a monster still occur. LV7 - When this card's effect is used to negate battle, Damage Calculation is NOT applied. All LVs - You may protect a monster from being destroyed more than once per turn. - This Card's effect does NOT target, and is considered a multi-trigger effect. - This Card's effect may NOT protect monsters in the hand. - This Card's effect can be chained to. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Monk may seem broken, because it can protect from a LOT of today's meta. However, it's effect use is limited, at any level. The Flame Elementalist would be an asset in any burn deck, but not overwhelming if you have Ready for Intercepting or Book of Moon handy. Or maybe some other card to force her into DEF. Anyway, please post your thoughts. I don't know unless you tell me because I am no mind reader. |

I was thinking about my Reaper and Whirling Dervish series, and thought "What if some LV monsters had more support?" Here are a few cards I came up with to support the Whirling and Reaper Dervish. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Vital Boon Equip Spell This card can only be equipped to "Whirling Dervish" (of any LV) or "Reaper Dervish" (of any LV). When this card is equipped to a monster, once per turn, you may negate the destruction of the equipped monster. When this card is removed from the field while equipped to a monster, increase your LP by 500. Dust Cloak Equip Spell This card can only be equipped to "Whirling Dervish" (of any LV) or "Reaper Dervish" (of any LV). When this card is equipped to a monster, the equipped monster cannot be selected as an attack target. When this card is removed from the field while equipped to a monster, your opponent cannot conduct his/her next battle phase. Aura of Thorns Equip Spell This card can only be equipped to "Whirling Dervish" (of any LV) or "Reaper Dervish" (of any LV). When this card is removed from the field while equipped to a monster, destroy one monster on your opponent's side of the field. Pious Assault Quick-Play Spell Select 1 "Whirling Dervish (of any Lv)" or 1 "Reaper Dervish (of any LV)" on your side of the field. Destroy 1 Equip Spell equipped to the selected monster. Increase the ATK of the selected monster by 500 points during the turn this card is activated. If an equip spell was destroyed by this card's effect, this card returns to the owner's hand at the End Phase of the turn this card is activated. Rulings (equip spells): - The Equip spell MUST be equipped to a monster in order for its removal effect to activate. It CANNOT be face-down and destroyed/returned to the hand. - The Equip Spell's effect that activates when this card is destroyed is considered to activate in the graveyard, and thus cannot be chained to. Rulings (Pious Assault): - This card's return effect cannot be chained to. - The destruction of an equip spell is optional only when you have no equip spells equipped to the selected monster. - If this card is activated During the Battle Step, and an Equip Spell that increasees the ATK and/or DEF of the monster is destroyed, The points gained from the Equip Spell are deducted from the ATK/DEF of the selected monster, and then the ATK is raised by 500 (by Pious Assault's effect). --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I also got one more card that'd be useful in an Equip deck. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hidden Dagger Quick-Play Spell Activate 1 Equip Spell Card from your hand and equip it to an appropriate monster. Rulings: - The Equip Spell MUST be equipped to an appropriate monster. If you have no Equip Spells that can be placed on a monster, then you cannot activate this card. - The Equip Spell's Activation may NOT be chained to. - The Equip Spell's activation is treated as this card's effect. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hopefully all of these will seem balanced. The equip spells I made here have VERY limited use because they have to be equipped in order to activate in the grave. |

Ok, a few more cards ready for review. I hope you all like them. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Death Knight 6 stars DARK 2000 ATK 2000 DEF Warrior/Effect When this card destroys a monster as a result of battle, place 1 Death Counter on this card. Increase the ATK and DEF of this card by 200 points for each Death Counter on this card. Remove any number of Death Counters from this card to destroy 1 face-up monster whose level is equal to the number of counters removed. Dark Paladin 7 stars LIGHT 2700 ATK 1700 DEF When this card destroys a monster as a result of battle, put 1 Death Counter on this card. Increase the ATK and DEF of all monsters on your side of the field by 100 points per Death Counter on this card. Remove any number of Death Counters from this card to increase your LP by 300 points per Death Counter removed. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- That's all I have for now. Please rate and review. |

Couple of cards that support cards that use Death Counters. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Pitch-Black Soul Stone Continuous Trap When this card is activated, put 3 Death Counters on this card. Anytime 2 or more monsters are sent from the field to the graveyard, put 1 Death Counter on this card. Once per turn, you may move 1 Death Counter from this card to another card that may have a Death Counter on it. When there are no counters on this card, send this card to the graveyard. Soul Reaping Continuous Spell When a monster destroys a monster as a result of battle, in addition to any other Death Counters placed on the equipped monster, put 1 Death Counter on the equipped monster. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- And based on items from Guild Wars: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Grim Cesta Equip Spell This card can only be equipped to a monster that may have Death Counters on it. Place 1 Death Counter on the equipped monster when this card is activated. Increase the DEF of the equipped monster by 300 points. Deadly Cesta Equip Spell This card can only be equipped to a monster that may have Death Counters on it. When the equipped monster destroys a monster as a result of battle, place 1 additional Death Counter on the equipped monster. Increase the ATK of the equipped monster by 300. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rate and review please. And thanks in advance for any comments left, good or bad. |

Thanks for the props. I wish it was that easy to get into Konami. My only problem is that I can't make images for the cards. So, other than that, I'm good. Now if only I could come up with cards to help support some of todays real cards. Wait a minute, that I can do! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Alien Spawn 2 stars LIGHT 200 ATK 200 DEF Reptile/Effect Tribute this face-up card to take control of your opponent's monster. At the End Phase of the turn this effect is activated, destroy the monster whose control was switched by this card's effect. You cannot attack the turn you activate this effect. Alien Larvae 3 stars LIGHT 600 ATK 400 DEF Reptile/Effect Tribute this face-up card to Special Summon 1 Alien monster whose level is equal to or less than 6. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thank you Hate, Love, and Donut for the support so far. I hope everyone likes these two cards. |
