There are alot of different ways to do it, but I couldnt tell you the best way because i havent bought a pack since around the beginning of Duelist Genesis.

I'm the Lord and Master Foamy Posts: 517 Group: DHQ Member Member #1,472 Joined: June 13, 2006	Monarchs arn't meta anymore. the current Meta is Blackwings, Lightsworn, Glades, and Rescue Cat Syncros. Monarchs are dead this meta. Trailing those 4 top decks though are TeleDad and Hopeless Dragon and Planets
