 I must say, that is pretty nice. I had never heard of the Raven before, I like those alot. Really seems like they will make the deck playable again.

 Yeah, it can go up to any level higher than 2 and is revivable via Puppet Master and its discard works with DW monsters, its a pretty broken Tuner. I built a DW deck on Stardust Accelerator WC2009 and it works amazingly well.

 Reason why it works is cause nothing really interrupts it. Increasing a level doesnt change the number of cards you have, which is generally is what causes interruptions. It is broken though lol
