Jack tells him to ring Daniel Missing Scene/s: - Conversation with Teal'c and Daniel, and a scene in a bar. Characters involved: Jack, Teal'c and Daniel Information from the episode included: What will be happening the following day, and what happened before this missing scene in regards to Sam. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Teal'c dials the phone which Jack throws to him, after he sits in the car. He dials Daniel's number at the SGC. "Hello?" "Daniel Jackson." "Oh hey Teal'c. How is it going with Sam? Is she liking Star Wars?" "Major Carter had other plans. O'Neill gave her what we had brought, and we left." "Ok. So what is on Jack's mind now?" "I mentioned that I heard of a place where people do battle in a ring of Jello." Daniel races his eyebrows at this. "When I mentioned this, O'Neill said to contact you, to see if you would like to join us." Daniel looks around at the moutain of artifacts and paper work on his desk and benches. He should really keep going. But on the other hand... "Where is this place?" -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jack drives up to the bar a few minutes out of Colorado Springs. Just outside the place, you could hear the thumping of the rock music playing. As Jack gets out, he just shakes his head, and looks at Teal'c. "Where did you hear about this place?" "On the television last night." "Gotta love those late night shows." Teal'c follows Jack into the bar. There were a number of people either sitting or standing. Some were at tables, some at the bar, and others standing near the ring in the centre of the room. Jack heads over to the bar to order a beer and a soft drink. Teal'c decides to move in the direction of the ring. He looks over the barrier, and spots the big amount of green slim-like coloured jello inside. Teal'c raises one eyebrow. Jack is sandwiched between two big guys in leather jackets. They were looking at him with a look of curiousity on their faces. One began to grin slightly. "Hiya boys. Here to see the fight?" The one of the left just grunts. Jack grabs the drinks, and heads in Teal'c direction. Daniel meets Jack halfway. "Hey Jack." Looking around the room. "Are we going to hang around here for long?" Some of the guys nearby seemed to be looking Daniel up and down, like he was a piece of meat. "Not sure. It depends on how long Teal'c enjoys the show." Daniel looks in Teal'c's direction, and began to follow Jack. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- After 4 rounds, Jack and Daniel sat down at a nearby table with their 5th round of drinks. Teal'c was still standing at the barrier of the ring. This round, one of the girls from the first round was still in the ring. Teal'c was glued to the scene unfolding in front of him. Once the round was finished, he looks around trying to find his friends. He soon spots them, and walks towards the table. "That woman in the ring is a fighter. She is doing extremely well. The environment does not seem to faze her at all." Jack raises his eyebrows. "You seem to be enjoying this new form of entertainment, Teal'c!" "Indeed." A smile forms on Teal'c face. Daniel looks at his watch. "I hate to break up this great evening, but I need to get home, as we have a meeting tomorrow with General Hammond, and Colonel Simmons." "Yes." Looking at Teal'c, whose face looked more serious than normal. "Pity we have to leave." "I am going to start O'Neill. I wish to stay for a few more minutes." Jack and Daniel look at each other, then Daniel looks at Teal'c. "Ok then. I will see you tomorrow. Have fun!" "Indeed I will." Teal'c farewells Jack and Daniel, and returns to the ring. Once outside, Daniel says he will see Jack tomorrow bright and early. THE END
