Posts: 7 Group: Ravenclaw Member #28 Joined: November 1, 2007	Character Name: Sensha Saigen Year: 6th Age: 17 Biography: Sensha started out very young as a martial artist. Perhaps even the day after he could walk his father was teaching him the basic disciplines of refined art of self-defense. Before his eighth birthday, he'd already participated in several international youth tournaments with promising results. A few months before his tenth birthday, however, his mother took ill of a strange disease and died soon after. His father, a man whom had never been known to show pain, was heart broken beyond belief. He, too, died after a year or so of a lonely heart, and Sensha was left to an uncle and aunt. It was then that his magic decided to appear, the first thing to be changed was his jet black hair, which quickly became silver. He couldn't believe what was happening to him, even after his first year of Hogwarts. Personality: Sensha was always a very quiet young man, tending to stay to himself. That was, until his fifth or so year, where he began to open up to the world. Being a martial artist meant a rigorous training schedule and a massive amount of discipline, both of which he managed to transfer into the magical world with his schooling. His capabilities in Defe nse Against the Dark Arts, Herbology, and Potions reflected his desire to save some one who might befall the same fate as his mother, and continue the martial arts in his own manner. Judging from these being his best classes, Sensha wasn't too far away from a great deal of intelligence hiding behind that shy smile and emerald orbs. He is very friendly, save to those who prey upon the weak. You may want to find a particularly small rock to crawl under if you are of that particular type of person, for Sensha commands a great deal of respect when it comes to his combative know-how, be it physical or magical in origin. That being said, He is indeed a friend worth having. Appearance: Sensha, being of Asian in nationality, fails in the height class. He is of a mere 5'7, which is quite short for most male Britain's. His body, however, is far from lacking in muscle. Every part of him seems to be in a constant state of flexing, though being the way he is prefers to keep it concealed so as not to gain too much attention from the other sex. He already gets enough of it because of his long silver hair, which he often kept in a long braid when at work, and his bright emerald eyes. His fair skin, something rare for Asian men, did nothing but compliment the two, and made for a fairly pleasant view for the eyes. One would think he had Veela blood lineage some where in his ancestry, but those traits couldn't transfer over to males...could they? None the less, Sensha tends to wear Asian styled outfits of the upper class when he isn't in school robes. This isn't because he likes to flaunt his small fortune, but they are the only cloths he has ever felt comfortable in(Not to mention a few outfits were actually his fathers). Special: I have no idea if this will fly or not, but I've only just realized he looks a lot like a veela, but male. If some one knows a name for that, please tell me, but perhaps he could have the veela's power to attract the other sex's attention? Also, I wanted to have him as a Phoenix Animagus if tha'd be ok. Reason for Special: Well, he does look quite a bit like a Veela, and I've been wanting for a while to try an animagus character on a HP site. Everyone wishes they could fly, right? Plus, phoenix's are just awesome. Other: Sensha owns a pet sparrow hawk, named Specs for the speckled feathers on his breast. He is practically Sensha's best friend, and perhaps even like a brother in some ways. House: Ravenclaw
