If the papers are to be believed Tevez will move in the summer and West Ham wont receive any of the money. Therefore does he still belong to the third party and does this make him ineligible? After they ripped his ontract up after breaching the rules how was he re-signed? Through a loan deal from the 3rd party or on a contract until the summer?

I think its really difficult to tell whether West Ham are in the wrong or not here, in a way magnusson cant say anything unless this does go to court and he says something that influences the case. The other side of the argument would be if he had nothing to hide then why cant he say anything?

A very hard case to judge from the outside as nobody seems to know any details on the matter.
