You would have thought so, wqouldn't you? Especially somewhere like Oxford where land is expensive. But apparently the new owners feel it's over-priced by £2 million or so and are not prepared to pay this much in "goodwill". My view is to find the money now if at all possible - £400k per year will soon eat up the difference if we continue renting. |
