Giving back the Bradford End to the home supporter was an iniative made by both chairmen Lawn and Rhodes. City fans were allowed to use the Bradford End against Crewe 18 months ago. Plenty of noise was made but the stewards got heavy handed and chucked some home fans out for standing, apparently the FA safety inspector made an appearance. After meetings and a vote in the T&A last season, the Bradford End nows belongs to the home supporters where the away fans are now housed in blocks G,F,E of the Midland Road stand. This meant me uprooting and going back to the kop. I wanted to go to the Sunwin Upper tier but that would only open if the BOGOF season ticket materialised. 9000 adult season tickets had to be bought before June 15th but target was missed out by 700. |
