Well done to them,16 points clear now in the conference.I cant wait to see thier ground ,next year and cross it of the list. :) From what I gather,the Burnley chairman at the time that AS went out of business,could have saved them.But decided not to as he hoped to pick up thier fan base.this has never been forgiven by AS fans,quite understandable,eh. They started up again at a very low level and slowly worked thier way up the leagues.A fantastic feat in anyones book. They should make a fair bit of cash out of away fans next year as Im sure there aren't many who have been there. :) |

Make sure the players are insured. They will kick you until the sun don't shine. I can still remember two knee high tackles on our players at Kingfield. Make sure you get plenty of beer in you too. They will test the patience to the limit with the timewasting. Just hope Grays go up too to give the non-league some credibility in League Two. |
