Dowie walked out on Crystal Palace with the chairman Simon Jordan stating he'd let Dowie leave so that he could move North. Since then Dowie has now become the manager of Charlton Athletic. However if Dowie had still been at Crystal Palce they would have to have paid Palace £1m as compensation. Did Dowie walk out knowing he'd get the Charlton job? Was he being unfaithful to Palace? Is Palace and Jordan correct in serving a writ against Dowie to get compensation? |

I think Dowie left Palace for reasons with a bust up with Clinton Morrison. If this is the case and not leaving Palace for Charlton, Jordan will be laughed out of court. |
