I say keeping a manager longer than a couple of seasons is a good thing With Brentford, Northampton, Nottingham Forest, Tranmere getting new managers - it increases the chances for teams like Huddersfield, Bradford and Doncaster who have built a side challenging for promotion as they have the nucleus of the squad and are under a routine. That Ł10 accy of Huddersfield, Bradford and Doncaster is more likely to pay out.

The only time I think they should get sacked is if they don't look like there good enoguh to progress the team to a higher league. Or somone who can not work with his team. As that brings bad morale around the squad I reckon.
