if they keep Carrick, I can really see Spurs nailing Campions League this term. Berbatov is a brilliant signing and will bag loads of goals. Mr C will be happy to read this too!!!! |

Im not too sure. At the start of last season I said they would finish 4th and everyone laughed because it was quite unexpected. I think this coming season a top 6 finish would be good for them as Newcastle showed some signs of improvement last season towards the end and teams such as Everton seem to have spent well so if they gel they should be up there too. I will predict 5th again. |

I think next season Spurs will have a poorer season than last and finish mid table. |

Spurs have been improving slowly over the last few years and I would agree with a top 4 finish next year. The Carrick to Man U rumour seems to have gone quiet, any news on it ? |

It has gone quiet about Carrick, but it may warm up again when the World Cup has finished. A lot may also depend on the Italian Scandal because players such as Gattuso would then be available for a relatively low fee and he would be a player that they would be interested in. Back to the Spurs front though, on Berbatov and Zakora they have paid out £19m. Thats a lot of money to have spent and they should be stronger in some departments. Lennon should also come on leaps and bounds and he could be one of the best right-wingers in the Premiership next season. However the loss of Mido could prove quite a big blow as personally I thought he did really well for them last season. |

I'm disappointed that Mido has left - I thought that Spurs suffered in the final third without him... Though Keano was awesome in the last few games of the season. |

Though Berbatov has come in for a big fee. If he can score the goals they have the potential for more firepower up front. Keane, Berbatov and Defoe are 3 good strikers to have. |

and they are sniffing round Ibrahimovic as well... He'd do a great job on the end of Lennon's crosses. |

I'm of the same opinion as Martin O'Neill about Ibrahimovic. Lennon's crosses? Would he be hanging about the far touch line then? I hope Spurs get relegated. |

I dont like Ibrahimovic, overated in my opinion. I dont think Spurs will need another striker anyway. Whats all the nonsense about always selling Defoe!? He's one of the best strikers in the Premiership in my opinion. |

I like it - it just goes to show that pie-eaters can be Olympic Gymnasts too. In the words of Phil Mitchell "it's all up there" |
